The Stewards fined Gordon Elliott, trainer of Gerrys Way €130 for failing to declare that the animal was gelded under the provisions of rule 148 (vi).

167F(i) Tote H'cap (Division One)

S. Foley, rider of Texas Radio trained by John James Feane, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount lost his action inside the final furlong..

167F(ii) Tote H'cap (Division Two)

S. Foley, rider of Wilderness (GB) trained by J.P. Murtagh, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount didn't handle the track.

L.F. Roche, rider of Olly's Folly (GB) trained by D.Broad, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount didn't get a clear run up the straight.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Wilderness (GB), trained by J.P. Murtagh, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
