The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

C. O'Keeffe, trainer of Kilbarry Lilac (Off feed) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

J.P. O'Sullivan replaced C. Brassil on Allbetsoff, trained by Declan Queally (Race 2)(Injured)
S.F. O'Keeffe rode Multeen River (reserve) trained by Edward Creighton (Race 2)
P.J. O'Hanlon replaced Shane Fenelon on Dalileo, trained by John Joseph Hanlon (Race 6)(Injured)
C McGivern rode Devils Cape (GB) (reserve) trained by Gordon Elliott (Race 7)
C. Halpin rode Rare Conor (reserve) trained by Thomas Gibney (Race 7)
K.C. Sexton replaced B.J. Cooper on Dark Matter, trained by A.J.Martin (Race 1)(Injured)
P.T. Enright replaced S.D. Torrens on Westernerona, trained by Garrett James Power (Race 7)(Stood down)

205A Pat Dermody Memorial Mdn Hdle

The Stewards interviewed D. Meyler, rider of Vocito, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. In his evidence he accepted that he had used his whip with his arm above shoulder height. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that D. Meyler was in breach of R10(3)(h) by using his whip with his arm above shoulder height. Having taken his previous record into consideration, the Stewards suspended D. Meyler for six racedays.

205B Mayo News M'dn H'dle

Kieran James Quigley, rider of Macaban City trained by Gerard Michael Hussey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a respiratory noise in running.

J.C. Gainford, rider of Lareine's Katie, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount burst a blood vessel during this race.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Lareine's Katie trained by Gordon Elliott was noted to have blood at both nostrils post race.

J.B. Foley, rider of Will You Win trained by Oliver McKiernan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he felt that his mount had lost her action and consequently pulled up.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Will You Win, trained by Oliver McKiernan, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

205C David Heneghan Memorial H'cap H'dle

P.J. O'Hanlon, rider of Look Dont Touch trained by Dermot Anthony McLoughlin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled during this race.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Look Dont Touch, trained by Dermot Anthony McLoughlin, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

G.B. Noonan, rider of Elite Des Mottes (FR) trained by Eoin Christopher McCarthy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled during this race.

205D Brewin Dolphin Rated Novice H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Spick And Span trained by Aidan Anthony Howard was noted to have blood at both nostrils possibly as a result of her fall.

205E BoyleSports H'cap H'dle

The Stewards interviewed J.B. Foley, rider of Galon De Vauzelle (FR), concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. In his evidence, J.B. Foley admitted that he had breached the whip guidelines. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that J.B. Foley was in breach of R10(3)(g) by using his whip with excessive frequency. Having taken his previous record into consideration, the Stewards suspended J.B. Foley for seven racedays.

The Stewards requested a report from P.J. Rothwell, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Galon De Vauzelle (FR), placed first, as compared with its recent run at Listowel on the 6th June when finishing eighth of ten finishers beaten fifty three lengths by the winner Molly Wedger. P.J. Rothwell reported that his charge had slipped up seven days previously at Ballinrobe and on returning quickly to Listowel, he ran a disappointing race. He added that his charge was freshened up following that run, wore cheek pieces today and also appreciated the ground conditions. He expressed the animals liking for Ballinrobe having won here previously. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the content of the report.

205F2 Sweeney Oil H'cap H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Lady L'lerom, trained by Shane Nolan, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
