(7 month Fixed Term)
The Stable Employees Defined Contribution Pension Scheme (ROI) requires an administrative assistant to assist with the operation of the Scheme. This role will be based in the IHRB offices in the Curragh, Co. Kildare.
Duties:
- Liaising with Trainers on their returns to get all information on our bespoke pension system
- Verifying all data received from Trainers
- Liaising with Pension Company and Committee of Management with regular updates re returns from Trainers
- Collating data from trainers re leavers/joiners
- Other adhoc requests from Committee of Management of the Pension to ensure effective and efficient running of the Scheme

The Person
To be considered for this position you will need excellent administration skills, strong attention to detail and be able to work on your own initiative as well as working as part of a team. You will need excellent inter-personal and communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships both across the organisation and externally with different stakeholders of the industry.
Education, Knowledge & Experience required
- Excellent communication, organisational skills
- Good computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general IT skills are essential
- Capable of working on their own initiative and as part of a team.
- Must be meticulous - paying great attention to accuracy and detail.
- Horseracing Industry knowledge advantageous
- Pension knowledge advantageous
