The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

Kevin Healy, rider of Jacks Bridge, trained by Dermot Kilmartin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was green early on, jumped poorly throughout and never travelled.

B.W. Harvey, rider of Mike Des Mottes (FR), trained by Cian Collins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount struck into itself.

Alan O'Sullivan, rider of Talk In The Park, trained by Ross O'Sullivan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a mistake early on and got a fright.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Rocky's Howya, trained by Declan Queally, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be blowing hard post race and to have a graze on its left hind pastern.

The Raceday Stewards received a report from Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Starter that Kevin Healy, rider of Rocky's Howya had disobeyed his instructions. Evidence was heard from the starter and rider concerned. Kevin Healy stated that his instructions were to make the running but he was trying his best to comply with the starter's instructions. Having viewed the recording of the incident and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Kevin Healy was in breach of Rule 208(v)(b) and having considered his record in this regard (first offence) the Raceday Stewards suspended Kevin Healy for one racedays. Mr Justice Raymond Groarke recused himself from this enquiry.

Mr B.T. Stone, rider of Tell The Boys, trained by Declan Queally, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made an abnormal respiratory noise in running.

Prior to the running of Race 7, the Raceday Stewards approved a request from the Clerk of the Course to amend the distance of this race to 2m 5f 100yds, due to operational reasons.

The following Raceday Stewards acted on behalf of the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board at this race meeting: `Dr C. O'Flaherty (Chairman), Mr Justice R. Groarke, Mr R. Mahon, Mr N. Wachman, Mr H. T. Hynes.
