The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

L.T. McAteer rode Viceregent (GB) (reserve) trained by H.D. McGuigan (Race 7)
M.W. Hassett rode Daymer Bay (reserve) trained by Ciaran Murphy (Race 7)

315B Guinness H'cap

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the home straight involving Four Blondes, ridden by G.M. Ryan, unplaced, and Fast Tara, ridden by L.T. McAteer, placed second, where it appeared Fast Tara shifted slightly right momentarily. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. G.M. Ryan stated that his mount was retreating and Fast Tara filled the space. L.T. McAteer stated that his mount rolled in front of Four Blondes but he corrected her immediately and felt he was clear at the time. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

315C Roscommon Racecourse On Facebook H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Manhattan Dandy, trained by Thomas Coyle, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

D. Browne McMonagle, rider of Pause For Peace, trained by W. McCreery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

315D Gary's Gardening Services M'dn

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident on the bend past the stands on the first circuit involving Dawn Coming, ridden by Declan McDonogh, and Kingdom Of Alba, ridden by Joseph Harnett, where it appeared contact was made between the two horses. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

315F On-Course Vets H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Coul Dreamer, trained by W. McCreery, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

W.J. Lee, rider of Coul Dreamer, trained by W. McCreery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount had to take a slight check two furlongs out. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Raceday Stewards received a report from the Clerk of the Scales, Mr. H.T. Hynes, that P. McGettigan, rider of Son Of Hypnos, had weighed in 1.7lbs overweight. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that he had a drink after weighing out. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that P. McGettigan was in breach of Rule 231 and having considered his clean record, they suspended him for one raceday.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident in the home straight involving Ephesus, ridden by J.M. Sheridan, placed first, and Son Of Hypnos, ridden by P. McGettigan, placed third, where it appeared Son Of Hypnos got no run. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

315G Thank You For Your Support H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Forlio (GB), trained by Paul W. Flynn, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have a cut on its left hind and also to have lost his left hind shoe.

C.D. Hayes, rider of Tomahawk King, trained by Thomas Coyle, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped very slowly out of the stalls.
