Mr E.P. Cloke, rider of Matcho D'agrostis (FR), trained by Paul Nolan, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount stumbled and came down after the last hurdle.
395B Ladbrokes (Mares) M'dn H'dleR.A. Doyle, rider of Sky Lewis, trained by Ms.M.Dowdall Blake, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his saddle slipped.
At the request of the Raceday Stewards, S.F. O'Keeffe, rider of Darby Hill, trained by Paul Nolan, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount made mistakes at the first two hurdles and then stayed on past tired horses.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Full Of Shade (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have coughed twice while being examined post race.
P. Townend, rider of Full Of Shade (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lost its action and was pulled up.
395C1 Ladbrokes H'cap H'dleThe Raceday Stewards reviewed the riders first approach to the starter where it appeared Redcliff Glen (GER), ridden by P. Byrnes, broke into a canter before the flag was dropped, despite his riders best efforts. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
395C2 Ladbrokes H'cap H'dleThe Raceday Stewards interviewed E. Bolger, trainer of Tippin And Tappin, regarding the late arrival of his charge into the Parade Ring. Evidence was heard from the trainer who stated that the girths were too small and he had to come back to the weigh room to change them. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that E. Bolger was in breach of Rule 32 and having considered his record in this regard (first offence) the Raceday Stewards fined E. Bolger €200 on this occasion.
P.T. Enright, rider of Scottish Reel, trained by Mark Michael McNiff, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran short of room after jumping the first hurdle.
B.P. Kennedy, rider of Keep It Together, trained by D.Buckley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was showing signs of being in season post race.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Keep It Together, trained by D.Buckley, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be showing signs of delayed recovery post race.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident after jumping the first hurdle involving Scottish Reel, ridden by P.T. Enright, and Sekakarma, ridden by H.E. Sexton, where it appeared Scottish Reel ran short of room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. P. T. Enright stated that he had to take back when the horse on his outside came in on top of him. H. E. Sexton stated that there was no contact and there was always plenty of room on his inner. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found H. E. Sexton was in breach of Rule 214, in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his record in this regard (first offence) the Raceday Stewards suspended H. E. Sexton for two racedays.
395D Ladbrokes M'dn H'dleThe Raceday Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages of this race involving Lemmy Caution (FR), ridden by S. Ewing, placed first, and The Rebel Fox, ridden by K.M. Donoghue, placed second, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. S. Ewing stated that he was clear and felt he had caused no interference. K.M. Donoghue stated that his mount was crossed in the closing stage and he felt it had cost him a place. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were of the opinion that while Lemmy Caution had caused minor interference to The Rebel Fox he did not improve his finishing position as a result of this interference so they made no alteration to the Judge’s placings and took no further action.
S. Ewing, rider of Lemmy Caution (FR), trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount wandered badly up the straight.
Cian Cullinan, rider of Plastic Paddy (GB), trained by Tom McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.
M.P. O'Connor, rider of Quest For Answers, trained by M.F.Morris, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.
K.M. Donoghue, rider of The Rebel Fox, trained by Ross O'Sullivan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was crossed coming to the line.
395E1 Ladbrokes H'cap H'dleM. J. Kenneally, rider of The Cobblers Wife, trained by Gordon Michael Doyle, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a bad mistake and lost its action.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the back straight involving Schiehallion, ridden by P.J. O'Hanlon, Creadan Grace, ridden by J. Smith, and Joe's Turn, ridden by P.T. Enright where it appeared Joe's Turn ran short of room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. P. J. O'Hanlon stated that he maintained his line. J. Smith stated that things got a bit tight. P. T. Enright stated that the horses on his outside rolled in and he ran short of room and had to take back. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action.
395F Ladbrokes (Pro-Am) INH Flat RaceThe Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident turning into the home straight involving Coolishael, ridden by Mr L.P. Shanahan, and Emerald Enigma, ridden by Mr P.W. Mullins, where it appeared Emerald Enigma crossed Coolishael. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Mr L. P. Shanahan stated that he switched back in and it was only minor interference. Mr P. W. Mullins stated that he was not aware of any horse on his outside. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

For this meeting the Raceday Stewards suspended the "starting procedures for tape starts" and the IHRB suspended Rule 208 (i) and Rule 209 (i)
