The Raceday Stewards interviewed Michael Mulvany, trainer, in relation to a request to substitute P.M. O'Brien for the nominated rider Sean Cleary-Farrell. Evidence was heard from the trainer concerned who stated that he booked Sean Cleary-Farrell before declaration time and was notified the next day by his agent that Sean Cleary-Farrell had to go to Dubai for his employer. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards allowed the substitution and referred the explanation on to a Senior Racing Official for further investigation.
J.G. Gilligan, rider of Elsannah, trained by Paul John Gilligan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ducked left at the start.
060C Irish Stallion Farms EBF Novice H'dleThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Santo Sospir (FR), trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
060E Irish Stallion Farms EBF Nov. H'cap S'chThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Magic McColgan, trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be blowing hard post race.
P. Townend, rider of Magic McColgan, trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.
060G Racing Next March 30 (P-A) INH Flat RaceMr B. O'Neill, rider of Super Junior, trained by Thomas Cooper, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lost its action.
