278D1 Millbrook Food Group 100 Years Hcap HdleThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Scary Askari (GB), trained by Noel C. Kelly, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
Mr D. McGill, rider of Scary Askari (GB), trained by Noel C. Kelly, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.
The Raceday Stewards interviewed S. O'Callaghan, rider of At The Wings, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that he was in breach of the Whip Regulation and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that S. O'Callaghan was in breach of Reg.10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his record in this regard (second offence), they suspended him for four racedays.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that King Of The Greys trained by Peter Fahey, coughed on pulling up.
278E Meath Farm Machinery M'dn H'dleC.M. Quirke, rider of Airds Moss, trained by David Harry Kelly, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped violently left.
278F Racing TV Free Trial Now Ladies Hcp HdleAnna McGuinness, rider of Knocknagoran Lady, trained by Cian Hughes, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount never travelled and pulled up.
278G BAR 1 Betting 'Best Odds' INH Flat RaceThe Raceday Stewards enquired into possible interference the closing stages involving Double Helix, ridden by Mr P.W. Mullins, placed first, El Paraiso, ridden by Mr. J.L. Gleeson and Sharbel, ridden by Mr D. O'Connor, placed second, where it appeared that interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Mr P.W. Mullins stated that his mount came from behind to hit the front before the wings of the last and stayed in front. He further added that his mount ran green, leaned in and that things became tight. Mr D. O'Connor stated that he felt the horse on his outside had used him as a guide, that his mount felt intimidation, contact on two occasions and became unbalanced as a result. He further stated that he was subjected to interference. Mr. J.L. Gleeson stated that he received a small bit of pressure from his outside at the fifty-yard marker. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards, made no alteration to the Judge’s placings. They were, however, satisfied that Mr P.W. Mullins, was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his clean record in this regard they suspended him for four racedays.

For this race meeting, the Raceday Stewards suspended the ‘Starting Procedures for Tape Starts’, and the IHRB suspended Rule 208 (i) and Rule 209 (i).
Prior to the running of race four, the IHRB Clerk of The course changed the official going to good.
