The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

The Raceday Stewards reviewed the passage of Apollo's Comet, ridden by S. Foley around the final bend where she appeared to corner poorly. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Pierre-Charles Boudot, rider of Snowing, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the whip regulation, adding an old injury sometimes affects him when using the whip. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied the rider was in breach of R103(h)(arm above shoulder height) and having considered his clean record in this regard, they suspended him for two racedays.

Mrs John Harrington, trainer of Apollo's Comet, reported to the Clerk of Scales that her charge scoped dirty post race.

R.P. Cleary, rider of Fort Vega (FR), trained by Ms. Sheila Lavery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount did not get a clear run in the straight.

C.D. Hayes, rider of Booyea, trained by Thomas Gibney, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped slowly from the stalls.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed where where some runners got congested at the line. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed R.M Mulligan, rider of L L Koulsty, concerning the fact that he appeared to move across before reaching the marker poles. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered evidence from the rider, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied the rider was in breach of R211(a)(moving across before the marker poles) and having considered his clean record, they suspended him for one raceday. Mr. T. Breen recused himself from this enquiry and was replaced as chairman by Mr. Justice T. Hunt.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed where Quest For Stars (FR), ridden by James Doyle, jumped left from the stalls bumping Jesus Green, ridden by C.T. Keane. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed J.P. Murtagh, trainer, regarding his non runner Asakir, in this race citing the excuse going. Evidence was heard from the trainer concerned who said he had been liaising with the track manager over the last few day and had declared his charge with the expectation of rain falling after declarations. Having considered the matter the Raceday Stewards accepted the trainers explanation.

S. Foley, rider of Green Impact, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never picked up in the straight.

J.M. Sheridan, rider of Meriden (GB), trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly left from three and a half furlongs out.

R.L. Moore, rider of Isaac Newton, trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away from the starting stalls.

S. Foley, rider of Hotazhell (GB), trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran around when he hit the front.

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Lambourn, trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount received interference in the straight.

R.L. Moore, rider of Constitution River (FR), trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left throughout.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Item (GB), trained by Andrew Balding (in GB), at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the straight involving Hotazhell (GB), ridden by S. Foley, Lambourn, ridden by D.P. McDonogh, A Boy Named Susie, ridden by O. Murphy, and Hawk Mountain, ridden by Pierre-Charles Boudot where it appeared Lambourn, A Boy Named Susie and Hawk Mountain all had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. S. Foley said his mount went left for a few stride but he corrected him shortly after. D.P. McDonogh, O. Murphy and Pierre-Charles Boudot all said they had to check after receiving pressure from their outside. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found S. Foley was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly and having considered his record (third offence) and the prolonged and continuous nature of the offence, they suspended him for 11 racedays.

W.J. Lee, rider of Truth Be Told, trained by M.C. Grassick, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was carried left between the one and the two furlong poles. The Raceday Stewards reviewed the video footage and were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

S. Foley, rider of Wyman, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount didn't jump well from stalls and didn't travel.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed L.T. McAteer, rider of Immutable, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who apologised for his use of the whip. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied the rider was in breach of R10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his clean record, they suspended him for two racedays.

W.J. Lee, rider of Tahcawin, trained by Joseph G. Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped slowly from the stalls.

D. Egan, rider of Mayflower, trained by Stephen Thorne, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got struck into on its near hind.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the straight involving Quebec (GER), ridden by J.M. Sheridan, and Mayflower, ridden by D. Egan where it appeared Mayflower shifted right interfering with Quebec. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. J.M. Sheridan said he had to take a minor check when receiving pressure from his left. D. Egan said he went right into a gap and felt he didn't cause much interference. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found D. Egan was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly and having considered his clean record in this regard, the Raceday Stewards suspended him for two racedays.
