Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Tiernan Power Roche was in breach of Reg 10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his clean record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended him for four racedays. In arriving at their decision on penalty, the Raceday Stewards were not satisfied that the first two whip uses down the shoulder were for corrective purposes but otherwise accepted his explanation.

O'Connor, but corrected his mount when he did. He concluded that his mount went on to win well. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were of the opinion that Prince Of Air had caused interference to Zurich and as a result of this interference had improved it’s finishing position.
