J.A. Heffernan, rider of Templenoe, trained by J.A.Stack, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

The Raceday Stewards informed Mark Fahey, trainer that Unidos (GB), would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

B.M. Coen, rider of Aurora Mist, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got a bump from the inside at the furlong pole.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident turning into the home straight where it appeared L.T. McAteer rider of Princess Sioux was retreating and had to sit for a stride. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the home straight involving Aquilla Star, ridden by C.D. Hayes, placed second, Aurora Mist, ridden by B.M. Coen, placed fourth, and Believe Believe, ridden by J.A. Powell, unplaced, where it appeared J.A. Powell had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. J.A. Powell stated that his mount was retreating and he had to take back for a stride. B.M. Coen stated that his mount shied away from the horse on his inner. C.D. Hayes stated that the horse in front of him stopped and he tried to correct his mount without making a maneuver and she overexaggerated. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

335E Corrib Food Products M'dn

The Raceday Stewards enquired into the running and riding of Rest Your Mind, ridden by J.A. Heffernan, and trained by John E. & Thomas Kiely. Evidence was heard from the rider and trainer concerned. J.A. Heffernan stated that he had rode this horse before and his instructions were to get his mount relaxed and finish out her race. He added that the horse he was behind in the early stages ran very keen and this lit his animal up. He further added that in the closing stages he couldn't switch out as there was horses there so he switched her back in and she ran on well to the line. Thomas Kiely confirmed the instructions given and expressed his satisfaction with the ride. The Raceday Stewards also received a report from the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer who reported the animal to be showing signs that she may be coming in to season. Samples were taken for further analysis. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards noted the explanations offered.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Thru And Thru, trained by Rory Anthony Devine, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have bitten her tongue.

335F Barna Recycling H'cap

L.F. Roche, rider of Our Dagger, trained by Gerard Kyne, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount didn't move properly and took a false step in the dip.

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Sheamus Seimhiu, trained by Chris Timmons, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left throughout.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Our Dagger, trained by Gerard Kyne, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be coughing post race.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Nibras Rainbow, trained by Gavin Cromwell, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be coughing post race.

Nicola Burns, rider of Carvalhal, trained by R.P.Burns, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that she had to sit for a stride in the straight.

Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

335G Domino's H'cap

J.A. Heffernan, rider of Minella Mate, trained by John J.Nallen, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped the road crossing.

G.F. Carroll, rider of Mon Coeur, trained by Joseph G. Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident coming down the hill involving Granite Bay (GB), ridden by R.P. Whelan, placed second, and Slurricane, ridden by S. Foley, placed first, where it appeared contact was made between the two. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. R.P. Whelan stated that he didn't have the horse and he was edging out for a run. S. Foley stated that his mount rolled slightly inwards and contact was made. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

335H Galway Races H'cap

S.T. McCullagh, rider of Piatra Neamt, trained by S.M.Duffy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.

P. McGettigan, rider of Pretty Soldier (GER), trained by Wayne Swindle, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

M.W Hassett, rider of Daymer Bay, trained by Ciaran Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left in the straight.

W. Joyce, rider of Share The Treasure, trained by T.Hogan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly and made a noise.
