The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

The Raceday Stewards fined Henry de Bromhead, trainer €65 failing to fit the declared hood to Midtown Manhattan prior to entering the parade ring.

S.D. Torrens, rider of Paidi's Pet, trained by Eoin Christopher McCarthy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left late on.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident on the bend turning into the home straight involving Farney Bridge, ridden by E. Walsh Midtown Manhattan, ridden by D.J. O'Keeffe and Abando (GER), ridden by J. Smith, where it appeared it got tight on the bend. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. E. Walsh stated that he kept his racing line rounding the bend. D.J. O'Keeffe stated that things got tight for a moment. J. Smith stated that his mount became slightly unbalanced going round the bend. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and therefore took no further action.

At the request of the Raceday Stewards, H.E. Sexton, rider of Crystal Mariner, trained by John Joseph Hanlon, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount clipped a heel passing the stands on the first circuit. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Racedays Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Sea Of Doubt, trained by Ian Patrick Donoghue, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have blood at both nostrils post race.

S.W. Flanagan, rider of Patty O'Farrell, trained by Peter Maher, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount pulled up and burst a blood vessel in running. This was subsequently confirmed by the IHRB Veterinary Officer, who reported the animal to have blood at both nostrils post race.

A. Harvey, rider of Frontier Rose (GB), trained by Thomas Coyle, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left throughout.

Kevin Healy, rider of Shadonagh, trained by Ciaran Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a respiratory noise in running.

C.M. Quirke, rider of Airds Moss, trained by David Harry Kelly, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung and jumped left throughout.

D.J. O'Keeffe, rider of Mary O'G (FR), trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount struck into herself and pulled up lame.

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Adrian Murray, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Chanceitlucky, placed first, as compared with its last run. Adrian Murray stated that his charge needs to be ridden positively and on its previous run, after a false start, he started the race out of position at the back and never travelled. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the content.

Kevin Healy, rider of Chanceitlucky, trained by Adrian Murray, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung and jumped left throughout.

At the request of the Raceday Stewards, T. Joseph Kelly, rider of Drumadeise, trained by P. Corkery, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran off the last bend, slightly impeding Everystep Oftheway. Having viewed the recording of the race and considering the matter the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

For this race meeting, the Raceday Stewards suspended the ‘Starting Procedures for Tape Starts’, and the IHRB suspended Rule 208 (i) and Rule 209 (i).".

Following race three, the IHRB Clerk of the Course changed the official going to good.
