The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident close to the line involving Astronomically, ridden by P.A. Harnett, placed second, and Liberation Date (GB), ridden by L.T. McAteer, placed third, where it appeared Astronomically moved across Liberation Date. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident soon after the start involving Liberation Date (GB), ridden by L.T. McAteer, and Pivotal Terms (GB), ridden by G.F. Carroll where it appeared G.F. Carroll had to take off heels. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. G.F. Carroll stated that his filly locked on as the horse inside her came upsides her forcing him to take off heels as the Liberation Square crossed over. L.T. McAteer stated that his filly broke smartly and he crossed over and felt he was clear. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action.
R.P. Cleary, rider of Star Strewn, trained by C.W.J. Farrell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got no smooth run in the home straight.
346C Bar One Racing Your No.1 Apprentice HcapThe Raceday Stewards fined John C. McConnell, trainer €65 for fitting cheekpieces to Slowdownbarney which had not been declared and ordered their removal.
C. Cusack, rider of Desert Friend, trained by P.J.F. Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was keen throughout.
S. Coen, rider of Jazz Forever, trained by Paul W. Flynn, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran free.
The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident running into the first bend involving Gracesolution, ridden by Christine Worrell, and Jazz Forever, ridden by S. Coen, where it appeared Gracesolution got tight for room on the rail inside the free running Jazz Forever. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
346D Irish Stallion Farms EBF Cooley (F) StksS. Foley, rider of Dance Night Andday, trained by Ross O'Sullivan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was denied a clear run in the home straight. The Raceday Stewards reviewed the footage and were satisfied no further action was warranted.
W.M. Lordan, rider of Ballet Slippers, trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount did not handle the surface.
D.P. McDonogh, rider of Smiling, trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was hampered by the winner as it went by him in the home straight. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the matter the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
346E Irish Stallion Farms EBF (C&G) M'dnThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Starflow trained by Henry de Bromhead was a gelding not a colt as shown in the passport. The Raceday Stewards fined Henry De Bromhead €130 in accordance with the provisions of Rule 148 (xii).
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Mid Flight (GB), trained by G.M.Lyons, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Santa Bravado (GB), trained by A. Oliver, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
S. Foley, rider of Grand Premiere (USA), trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was very green from the stalls and for the first half furlong.
346G Bar One Racing Bet Builder Boost H'capThe Raceday Stewards fined John C. McConnell, trainer €65 for fitting a tongue strap to Loaded Quiver (GB) which had not been declared and ordered its removal.
D.W. O'Connor, rider of Alex Belardo, trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was running keen and caught a heel at the end of the back straight. The Raceday Stewards reviewed the footage and were satisfied no further action was warranted.
