The Stewards fined the following trainers in respect of their non-runners:-

365A New Saddle Bar At Dundalk Claiming Race
The Raceday Stewards granted a request from Daniel James Murphy, trainer of California Baby, for an additional 10 minutes to present his charge for identification by an IHRB Official in accordance with Rule 90(i).
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages involving Pivotal Terms (GB), ridden by L.T. McAteer, Apiary, ridden by R.P. Cleary, and Enthusiastically, ridden by C.D. Hayes where it appeared Apiary ran short of room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. R.P Cleary stated that he took a precautionary check. C.D Hayes stated that kept his line. L.T. McAteer stated that his mount rolled around slightly. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action.
Adam Caffrey, rider of Coincidental Glory, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right in the last half furlong.
S. Foley, rider of Profit Centre (GB), trained by K.J. Condon, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran around in the straight.
R.P. Cleary, rider of Apiary, trained by Kevin Thomas Coleman, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was a little short of room in the last furlong.
C.D. Hayes, rider of Enthusiastically, trained by Donnacha Aidan O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly into stride.
The Raceday Stewards fined K.J. Condon, trainer €65 for failing fit the declared tounge strap to Profit Centre (GB), prior to entering the parade ring.
365B Christmas Party Nights Apprentice H'capM.W Hassett, rider of Turn Up The Beat (GB), trained by David Richard Barry, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left.
P. McGettigan, rider of Arctic Steps, trained by Paul Mulligan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount drifted left in the last furlong.
The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Paul Mulligan, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Arctic Steps, placed first, as compared with its recent form. Paul Mulligan stated that a drop back in trip and the application of cheekpieces contributed to the improvement. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted its content.
365C BAR 1 Betting (Fillies) M'dnThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Beijinho (USA), trained by Robson De Aguiar, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
365D Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) M'dnNicola Burns, rider of Cleopatra Dream (GB), trained by Diego Dias, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount hung right.
D.P. McDonogh, rider of Daring Grace (GB), trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lugged right throughout.
S. Foley, rider of Klein Blue (GB), trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was caught wide and got no cover.
365E BAR 1 Betting H'capThe Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the home straight involving Collective Power, ridden by Sorcha Woods, and Rappell, ridden by W.J. Lee where it appeared the two came close together. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. W.J. Lee stated that he received pressure from his left. Sorcha Woods stated that she committed to a gap that did not widen as expected. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found that Sorcha Woods was in breach of Rule 214 in that she had ridden carelessly and in taken her record into account(first offence), the Raceday Stewards suspended her for 2 racedays. Furthermore the Raceday Stewards reminded W.J. Lee of his responsibilities to report something that may affects the running of his horse as required under Rule 213. .

365H Floodlit Fridays At Dundalk Stadium Nursery H'capThe Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident approaching the first bend involving Mr Kobe, ridden by K.J. Leonard, Queenofthefairys, ridden by P. McGettigan, and Mini Cotai, ridden by W. Joyce where it appeared it became tight for room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. W. Joyce stated that he took back on approaching the bend . P. McGettigan stated that he ran off the point of the bend. K.J. Leonard stated that he ran keen to the first bend and shied away from the horse on his outside. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that K.J. Leonard was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly and in taken his record into account(third offence),the Raceday Stewards suspended him for six racedays. Furthermore the Raceday Stewards reminded P. McGettigan of his responsibilities to report something that may affect the running of his horse as required under Rule 213.
S. Coen, rider of Kc Bear, trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right in the last furlong.
W.J. Lee, rider of Femme Beauty, trained by K.J. Condon, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got pushed wide at the first bend.
K.J. Leonard, rider of Mr Kobe, trained by Diego Dias, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran keen to the first bend.
S. Foley, rider of Stone Bear, trained by Ross O'Sullivan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran keen.
W. Joyce, rider of Mini Cotai, trained by Michael Mulvany, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got a bit tight at the first bend.
The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Kevin Michael Smith, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Royal County Glory, placed second, as compared with its recent form. Kevin Michael Smith stated that his charge ran too freely on its previous run so he left off the cheekpieces today and drooped his charge back in trip. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted its content.
