The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-
Wayne Swindle, trainer of Pretty Soldier (GER) (declared in error) - €200.The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:
W. Joyce rode Spirit Of Eagles (reserve) trained by Thomas Dowling (Race 5).P. McGettigan rode Blue Wood (reserve) trained by Kevin Michael Smith (Race 5).
C.D. Hayes rode Highland King (reserve) trained by E.Buckley (Race 6).
S. Foley rode It's Tim (GB) (reserve) trained by Maurice Andrew Ahern (Race 7).
D. Browne McMonagle replaced D. McDonogh on Sissi, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien (Race 2)(intended mount a non runner).
M.W. Hassett replaced S. Coen on Doctor Grace, trained by Adrian McGuinness (Race 7)(stood down - unwell).

W.J. Lee, rider of Love Bomb, trained by W. McCreery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount rolled around in front.
J.A. Powell, rider of Believe In Glory, trained by K.J. Condon, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got bumped coming out of the starting stalls.
291B Coors Fillies H'capNicola Burns, rider of Mo Ghille Mar, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount was slowly away.
291D Madrí Excepcional M'dnThe Raceday Stewards granted a request from D.M. Christie, trainer of Drumaugh Boy, for an additional ten minutes to present his charge for identification by an IHRB Official in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90.
The Raceday Stewards received a report from the IHRB Clerk of the Scales, Mr. D. Maher, regarding the failure of J.A. Heffernan, rider of Perfect Base, placed fourth to weigh in after this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that this was completely an error on his part and accepted full responsibility. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards using their powers under Rule 230(ii), disqualified Perfect Base from fourth place. As a consequence, they amended the result to read as follows:
First: Smiling
Second: Diego El Queso
Third: Tokyo Treasure
Fourth: The Corporate Guy
Fifth: Millraceflow
Sixth: Kakori
Furthermore, the Raceday Stewards were of the opinion J.A Heffernan was in breach of Rule 230(ii). Having considered his clean record in this regard, they suspended him for four racedays and ordered him to forfeit his riding fee. In coming to their decision the Raceday Stewards took into account both the loss of prize money and the seniority of the rider concerned.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Perfect Base, trained by Natalia Lupini, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be partially lame on the left fore post race. Samples were taken for analysis.
B.M. Coen, rider of Chester Nimitz, trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount clipped a heel about four furlongs out.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident on the bend involving Chester Nimitz, ridden by B.M. Coen, unplaced and Smiling, ridden by W.M. Lordan, placed first. Where it appeared Nimitz clipped a heel. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. B.M. Coen stated that his mount was keen and he caught the heel of Smiling when she ran off the bend. W.M. Lordan stated that his mount was awkward and ran off the bend. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
291E Molson Coors Beverage Company H'capThe Raceday Stewards granted a request from Maurice Andrew Ahern, trainer of Toy Soldier, Lough Leane and Perry Mason for an additional ten minutes to present his charges for identification by an IHRB Official in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Shelbourne Flyer, trained by John C. McConnell, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
291F Pravha H'capThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Lunar Landscape (GB), trained by Thomas Coyle, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined I'll Be Handy, trained by Matthew J. Smith, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal. Samples were taken for analysis.
291G Molson Coors Beverage Company H'capP. McGettigan, rider of Pillar Of Hope (GB), trained by P. Sweeney, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he had to take a check twice, two and a half furlongs out.
