201A Ampion Electrical Testing Nursery H'capJ.S. Dalton, rider of Shafters Legacy, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount rolled around under pressure.
B.M. Coen, rider of Santorini Storm, trained by J.P. Murtagh, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped the road crossing.
D. Browne McMonagle, rider of Mr Montauk, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was hampered after the road crossing.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident shortly after the road crossing involving Shafters Legacy, ridden by J.S. Dalton, and Mr Montauk, ridden by D. Browne McMonagle, where it appeared D. Browne McMonagle had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. D. Browne McMonagle stated that a gap appeared and as he got into it he was hampered. J.S. Dalton stated that his mount lost her balance crossing the road and as he was returning to the rail he wasn't aware of D. Browne McMonagle until he heard a shout. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found J.S. Dalton was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his clean record in this regard, they suspended him for four racedays. In arriving at their decision the Raceday Stewards took into account the severity of the incident.
201C Irish Stallion Farms EBF M'dnD.P. McDonogh, rider of Seaxburh, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount rolled around in the straight.
201D Ampion Electrical Testing And Solar M'dnThe Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident in the home straight involving Storzando, ridden by W. Joyce, and Youcansaythatagain, ridden by W.J. Lee, where it appeared there was slight contact between the two. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
Siobhan Rutledge, rider of Chloe's Boy, trained by H.Rogers, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount was slowly away from the stalls.
201E GAIN The Advantage Series Apprentice HcpS.A. Wallace, rider of Memories Maker (GB), trained by Anthony McCann, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.
201F Ampion Electrical Testing (Fillies) HcapK.G. Kennedy, rider of Stellar Quality, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.
