The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

P.T. Enright, rider of He Who Dares, trained by S. Curling, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a bad mistake at the second last.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident rounding the home bend involving Pahlavi, ridden by H.E. Sexton, He Who Dares, ridden by P.T. Enright, and John Dixen, ridden by Conor Clarke where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. P.T. Enright stated that he had to check as he ran out of room on the point of the bend. Conor Clarke stated that his mount jumped right but he tried to correct him immediately. He added that he had nowhere to go as there was a horse on his outside. Harry Sexton stated that he kept a straight line. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found Conor Clarke was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his clean record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended him for two racedays.

Kevin Healy, rider of Coded Welder, trained by Cian Collins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.

P. Cleary, rider of Tommy Go Maith, trained by Thomas Patrick McGettigan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left throughout.

Kevin Healy, rider of Kashchei (GB), trained by Cian Collins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left throughout.

H.E. Sexton, rider of Penzance (GB), trained by John Joseph Hanlon, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran around approaching the last and hung left up the straight.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Stephen Carlin, trainer, concerning the failure to nominate a rider before the designated time for Gorthill in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 3. Evidence was heard from the trainer who stated that this was due to unforeseen circumstances close to the deadline for the nomination of riders. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards allowed the request of Mr S. Connor and took no further action.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Finnians Row trained by Dermot Anthony McLoughlin was found to have burst a blood vessel.

Niall Moore, rider of Finnians Row, trained by Dermot Anthony McLoughlin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount burst a blood vessel.
