The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident approximately two furlongs from the finish involving Germanese, ridden by W.J. Lee, Navassa Island, ridden by J.A. Powell, and Unexpected Issues, ridden by A.J. Slattery, where it appeared Germanese had to momentarily check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. W.J. Lee stated that he suffered slight interference and felt if his mount was travelling better the incident would not have occurred. J.A. Powell stated that he felt the horse in front of him moved off the railing slightly and although he moved out, he felt he did not cause interference. A.J. Slattery stated that his mount was intimidated by the horse that was travelling ahead of him to his right. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

N.G. McCullagh, rider of Gazelle D'or, trained by M.C. Grassick, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount raced keen throughout.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the early stages of this race involving Unique Journey, ridden by S. Foley, placed first, Jon Riggens, ridden by B.M. Coen, unplaced, Laugh A Minute (GB), ridden by C.D. Hayes, placed fourth, and Dmaniac (GB), ridden by M.W Hassett, placed third, where it appeared Jon Riggens ran short of room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. S. Foley stated that his mount is less than straightforward and was quite awkward due to the very steady pace. B. M. Coen stated that things got tight and he had to sit for a stride. C. D. Hayes stated that he did not contribute to any interference. M. W. Hassett stated that his mount took a keen hold and he switched off heels. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed the start of this race where it appeared that stall number three opened ahead of the other stalls. Having viewed the recording of the incident, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Verhoyen (GB), ridden by R.C. Colgan had struck the stall gates with his chest as they were opening, that no material advantage was gained by Verhoyen (GB) and they therefore took no further action.
