The Stewards fined the following trainers in respect of their non-runners:-

Joseph Patrick O'Brien, trainer of Moon Sand (FR) (Off Feed) - €200
Mrs John Harrington, trainer of Storm Ready (Change in Going) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

S. Foley replaced S.T. McCullagh on Drummond Hill (GB), trained by Mrs John Harrington (Race 6)(Intended mount a Non Runner)

268A Irish EBF Auction Series Race

The Raceday Stewards interviewed P.A. Harnett, rider of Zoar (USA), concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the regulation. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg.10.3.(g)(frequency) and having taken his record (third offence) into account suspended him for eight race days.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Grande Cuvee, trained by J.A.Stack, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

268D Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) M'dn

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Admired Beauty, trained by J. S. Bolger, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount came off heels outside the furlong pole.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Sarah's Choice, trained by Mrs John Harrington, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

268E Follow Us On X H'cap

J.A. Heffernan, rider of Micasso, trained by Donal Kinsella, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was impeded in the straight.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident approximately two and a half furlongs from the finish involving Micasso, ridden by J.A. Heffernan, and Pick A Window, ridden by L.T. McAteer where it appeared Micasso had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. J.A. Heffernan stated that he waited to deliver his challenge late but was not in the gap and had to check. L.T. McAteer stated that he travelled into the race, he drifted left, corrected and kept a true line. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action.

268F Follow Us On Social Media M'dn

A. Browne-Souza, rider of Carry The Dream (GB), trained by W.P.Browne, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was keen early on.

268G Racing Again September 29th H'cap

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the early stages involving Highbury See See, ridden by S. Coen, Blues Emperor, ridden by N.M. Crosse, and Coasting, ridden by L.T. McAteer where it appeared Coasting gets bumped from both sides. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. L.T. McAteer stated that he accepted he hadn't the pace and his horse jumped back onto the bridle as he took back and it got tight. S. Coen stated that he stayed as straight as possible and the outside horses came in gradually and brought him in. N.M. Crosse stated that the outside runners came in but he stayed straight. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action.
