The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

A. Harvey, rider of Parkland, trained by Anthony McCann, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left throughout.

S.D. Torrens, rider of Rubi Tuesday, trained by Eoin Christopher McCarthy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left in the straight.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Fillyoureye, trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

J.W. Kennedy, rider of Getaway Beo, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.

Owing to the low lying sun, the Raceday Stewards granted permission for fence number eight to be omitted from this race.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Lecale's Diamond, trained by Gavin Cromwell, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be coughing post race.

T. Power Roche, rider of Mistyburn, trained by P.J. Rothwell, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that he felt his mounts action go and pulled up but subsequently was sound upon returning to the parade ring.

Owing to the low lying sun, the Raceday Stewards granted permission for fence number eight to be omitted from this race.

C.M Hogan, rider of Cahirdown Boy, trained by E. McNamara, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran around approaching the last.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Kilbarry Alexy trained by C. O'Keeffe had blood at both nostrils post race.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident turning into the straight involving Moonverrin, ridden by Mr P.A. King, Owning Flower, ridden by Mr P.W. Mullins, and Kilbarry Alexy, ridden by E. Staples, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Mr M.J. Walsh, rider of Dlightofdsun, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who said it was only his second ride and he didn't realise he was out of contention. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied the rider was in breach of R10.3(b)(out of contention) and having considered his clean record, they suspended him for two racedays.

C. O'Keeffe, trainer of Kilbarry Alexy, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his charge burst a blood vessel.
