The Raceday Stewards interviewed Mr Alan Daly, Authorised Representative of trainer Henry de Bromhead, regarding the fact that Ryano Bhino, was found to be a colt and not a gelding as shown on the passport presented. Mr Alan Daly stated that when scanning his charge prior to loading this morning he became aware of the passport discrepancy and informed the veterinary department when arriving at the racecourse to make them aware of the issue. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards referred the entire matter onto a Senior Racing Official for further investigation.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident inside the final furlong involving Eighteenth Smiles, ridden by D.P. McDonogh and Roy Bean, ridden by C.T. Keane, where it appeared Roy Bean drifted right and briefly made contact with Eighteenth Smiles. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

Mr C.J. Sweeney, Stipediary Steward, recused himself for all deliberations for this race.

J.S. Dalton, rider of Sunrise Angel, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right up the straight.

T. Casey, rider of Arizona Star, trained by Michael Mulvany, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount reared slightly leaving the starting stalls.

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Andrew Slattery, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Sunrise Angel, placed first, as compared with its recent form. Andrew Slattery stated that he found a niggling problem with his charge after his last run, and felt that resolving this may have brought about the apparent improvement in form today. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the content.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Catalina Delcarpio, trained by P. Twomey, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident inside the two furlong pole involving Cromac Quay, ridden by S. Foley, where it appeared the rider used the whip in the forehand position down the shoulder as his mount was drifting left. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

W.J. Lee, rider of Catalina Delcarpio, trained by P. Twomey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped very quickly.

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Dancing Saxon, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned left in the last one hundred yards.

C.D. Hayes, rider of Josh's Joy, trained by Donnacha Aidan O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount became restless in the starting stalls and stumbled leaving them.

S. Foley, rider of Cromac Quay, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left under pressure.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Kendall Roy (GB), trained by Miss Kate McGivern, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident leaving the starting stalls involving Kendall Roy (GB), ridden by C.D. Hayes, where it appeared that as the starting stalls opened the rider failed to take the hood off on the first attempt. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

C.D. Hayes, rider of Kendall Roy (GB), trained by Miss Kate McGivern, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that the hood became caught up in the browband of his mount as he made the first attempt to remove the hood.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident on the run to the first bend involving Justenzia, ridden by J.M. Sheridan, Nancee Spain, ridden by S.T. McCullagh and Out On Friday, ridden by W. Joyce, where it appeared to get tight for a stride. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

R.M Mulligan, rider of Valjean, trained by Charles Weld, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly right throughout.

P.A. Harnett, rider of Rocket Robyn (GB), trained by Martin Hassett, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got upset in the starting stalls.

P. McGettigan, rider of Morse, trained by Charles Weld, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.

S. Foley, rider of Questionable (GB), trained by Eamonn O'Connell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.
