J.M. Sheridan rode Oxford Circus (reserve) trained by Denis Gerard Hogan (Race 3).

A.J. Casey, rider of Reponse Finale, trained by Liam Casey, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran keen and clipped a heel at the end of the back straight. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

R.C. Colgan, rider of Launch Time (GB), trained by Cian Hughes, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was a little unbalanced in the straight.

R.Donaghue-Leahy, rider of Magna Gee Gee, trained by Patrick J. Flynn, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount met a bit of trouble in the straight, but that it did not affect her finishing position.

W.J. Lee, rider of Trojan Fighter (GB), trained by P. Twomey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he had to snatch his mount up at the first bend.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident coming into the first bend involving Leeward, ridden by J.A. Heffernan, unplaced, Silver Cuff, ridden by R.P. Cleary, unplaced, Theorist, ridden by A.J. Slattery, unplaced and Trojan Fighter (GB), ridden by W.J. Lee, fifth, where it appeared Trojen Fighter runs short of room on the inner. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. J.A. Heffernan stated that he had to check back off heels. R.P. Cleary stated that the field came across and he took a precautionary check and switched to the outside. A.J. Slattery stated that he felt he was clear as he made his way to the rail. W.J. Lee stated that he had to snatch his mount up at the first bend. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident inside the final furlong, involving Almazann, ridden by C.D. Hayes and Enceladus, ridden by D.P. McDonogh, where it appeared the two horses came close together . Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

095E Dine In Our Panoramic Restaurant Race

The Raceday Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages involving Limestone, ridden by J.M. Sheridan, placed first and Mr Vettori, ridden by S. Foley, placed second, where it appeared that interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. J.M. Sheridan stated that as he went for a fresh hold his mount leaned left but that no contact was made and felt that his mount was going away at the line. S. Foley stated that no contact was made but that he suffered intimidation and felt it had cost him the race. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards made no alteration to the judge's placings and were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

J.M. Sheridan, rider of Limestone, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned left in the last one hundred yards.

R.P. Cleary, rider of Calm The Jets (GB), trained by C.W.J. Farrell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was keen early.

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from J.P. Murtagh, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Darius Dark, placed first, as compared with its recent form. J.P. Murtagh stated that the better ground and a step up in trip may have brought about the apparent improvement in form today. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted it's contents.

S. Foley, rider of Nod Of Approval, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that he had to sit for a stride in the straight until a gap opened. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

W.M. Lordan, rider of Sea Of Dubka, trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned left throughout.

A.J. Slattery, rider of Servare (USA), trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got upset in the starting stalls.
