The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

Niall Moore, rider of Roc Of Love, trained by David M.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount went wrong down the backstraight and was pulled up.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Mr C. Byrne, rider of Quiet In Bresil (FR), concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the whip Regulation. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Mr C. Byrne was in breach of R.10.3(b)(out of contention) and having considered his clean record in this regard, they suspended him for two racedays.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Josh Williamson, rider of Must Go Now, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the whip Regulation and stated that he had miscounted. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Josh Williamson was in breach of R.10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his clean record in this regard, they suspended him for two racedays.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Puma's Dream, trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have pulled a right fore shoe but to be otherwise post race normal.

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Daniel G. Murphy, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Mystic Malina, placed first, as compared with its most recent run at Naas on the 25th of January. Daniel G. Murphy reported that the better ground today may have contributed to the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the explanation given.

Josh Williamson, rider of Puma's Dream, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount pulled a right fore shoe.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed the riders first approach to the starter. Having viewed a recording of the start and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted

The Raceday Stewards granted a request from P. E. Collins, trainer of Mollys Star, for an additional ten minutes to present his charge for identification by an IHRB Official in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90(i).

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the home straight involving Streamhill, ridden by Ms G.M. Dorgan, and The Besty Woman, ridden by Ms P.R. Briselden where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Ms G.M. Dorgan stated that she received a slight bump. Ms P.R. Briselden stated that she thought she was clear of Streamhill. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found Ms P.R. Briselden was in breach of Rule 214 in that she had ridden carelessly, and having considered her clean record in this regard, the Raceday Stewards suspended her for two racedays.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Miss J. Townend, rider of Emerald Enigma, concerning her use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted she was in breach of the whip Regulation and apologised for her actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Miss J. Townend was in breach of R.10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered her clean record in this regard, they suspended her for two racedays.
