D.P. McDonogh, rider of Kakori, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount approximately slipped three furlongs out. The Raceday Stewards informed the Clerk of the Course of the content of this report.

407C Suir Blueway H'cap

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the straight involving Mare Crisium, ridden by S. Foley and Ochtar Againn, ridden by P.A. Harnett where it appeared Mare Crisium got tight for room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. S. Foley said he got pressure from his left for a few strides causing minor interference. P.A. Harnett said his mount was hanging left but when Mare Crisium got upsides him she dived right. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found P.A. Harnett was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden improperly and having considered his record in this regard (second offence), the Raceday Stewards suspended him for nine racedays. Furthermore, the Racedays Stewards advised S. Foley to be more accurate in his evidence in future.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident on the run to the first bend involving Concaire, ridden by W.J. Lee, Borora Aura, ridden by G.F. Carroll, and Arizona Star, ridden by T. Casey where it appeared Concaire ran short of room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. W.J. Lee said he had to check for a few strides after he got pressure from his left. G.F. Carroll said he had to take back and go right for a few strides to come off heels. T. Casey said he had to drift right after getting pressure from his left. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action.

R.P. Cleary, rider of Sweetie Too, trained by Brendan W.Duke, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left.

W.J. Lee, rider of Concaire, trained by Richard John O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran short of room on the run to the first bend.

J.J.G. Ryan, rider of Mrs Lady Bella, trained by Seamus G. O'Donnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly left under pressure.

Reese Holohan, rider of Cadreville, trained by Jarlath P.Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left inside the last furlong.

407D Camida Gold Champion H'cap

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Seamus Fahey, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Sinbad My Dad, placed first, as compared with its recent form. The trainer reported that the first time blinkers help the horse to travel better throughout the race and this may have contributed to the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted its content.

407E Camida Winning Solution H'cap

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the straight involving Among The Pines, ridden by J.A. Heffernan, Alto Sax, ridden by Reese Holohan, Chant D'or, ridden by N.M. Crosse, and Hastily (GB), ridden by J. Pietropaolo where it appeared Hastily got tight for room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. J.A. Heffernan said he had to sit when there was no gap. Reese Holohan said his mount hung right but he did his best to keep him straight. N.M. Crosse felt he kept straight but received pressure from both sides. J. Pietropaolo said he had to check when getting pressure his right. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action.

R. Donaghue-Leahy, rider of Ardeur (GB), trained by Patrick J.Flynn, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount reared up in the stalls.

Reese Holohan, rider of Alto Sax, trained by Peter Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right in the last two furlongs.

C. Cusack, rider of Chou Chou, trained by Eamonn O'Connell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right in the straight.

S. Foley, rider of Talking Tough, trained by S.M.Duffy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.

407F Jerry McDonnell Tipperary Perp. Cup Hcp

S. Foley, rider of Michonne (GB), trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never picked up in the straight.
