J.A. Powell, rider of Rockbury Lad (GB), trained by M.D. O'Callaghan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was very slowly away.

R. Whearty, rider of Desert Of The Sea, trained by T.G.McCourt, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

C.D. Hayes, rider of Grayrobin (GB), trained by Miss Kate McGivern, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran green.

J.S. Dalton, rider of Annie Batt, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran around in the straight.

R.P. Cleary, rider of The Drambling Man, trained by Kevin Thomas Coleman, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right throughout.

179E Indaver Ireland H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Billie Be Quick, trained by Mrs John Harrington, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

S. Foley, rider of Billie Be Quick, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled and hung throughout.

179F McNallys Pharmacy Apprentice H'cap

Jessica O'Gorman, rider of Miners Cabin, trained by Kevin Thomas Coleman, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that her mount stumbled and she lost an iron as a result.

J.E. Harnett, rider of Kevin The Great, trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right throughout.

Sadhbh Tormey, rider of Maxwell Smart, trained by T.G.McCourt, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount suffered interference leaving the stalls and also that she had to take a check a furlong and a half out.

J.S. Dalton, rider of Bang Po, trained by Liam McAteer, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped right leaving the stalls.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed A.S. Grant, rider of Jurality (GB), placed second, beaten by a nose, concerning his riding close to the line, where he appeared to ride less vigourously than further out. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned in the presence of the trainer Paul W. Flynn. A.S. Grant stated that he had used his whip on at least seven occasions prior to the road crossing and he put his stick down when his mount became unbalanced and rode hands and heels to the line from there. Paul W. Flynn stated that he felt the rider had done everything right and that both horse and rider gave there all and that he was completely satisfied in the circumstances. Having considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

Liam McAteer, trainer of Bang Po, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge burst a blood vessel.

179G Seamus Mulvaney, Crockafotha (QR) Race

Ms L.A. Byrne, rider of Intense Approach (GB), trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount jumped green from the starting stalls.
