The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

152A Ladbrokes (Mares) M'dn H'dle

A. McCurtin, rider of Weliketoparty, trained by Eoin Christopher McCarthy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was hampered by the faller at the first hurdle.

Niall Moore, rider of Quarry Lady, trained by John M.Burke, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was badly hampered by the faller at the first hurdle.

152B Ladbrokes Fanzone (Ladies) H'cap H'dle

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Miss E. Cody, rider of Fancy A Cosmo, concerning her use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Miss. E. Cody accepted that she was in breach of Regulation 10 and apologised for her actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Miss. E. Cody was in breach of both Regulation 10.3(g)(frequency) and Regulation 10.3(i)(time to respond) and considering her record in this regard they suspended her for five racedays.

152C Ladbrokes Daily Odds Boost M'dn H'dle

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Shane Fenelon, rider of Chasing Chances, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Shane Fenelon accepted that he was in breach of Regulation 10 and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found Shane Fenelon in breach of R.10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his record in this regard they suspended him for four racedays.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Niall Moore, rider of Easy Fella, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Niall Moore accepted that he had continued to use his whip after jumping the last despite being 16 lengths clear and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found Niall Moore in breach of R.10.3(c)(the unnecessary hitting of a horse that clearly has its race won) and considering his record in this regard they suspended him for one raceday.

152D Ladbrokes Play '1-2-Free' H'cap H'dle

M.P O'Connor, rider of Hanoi Jane, trained by T.M. Walsh, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left in the closing stages.

152E Ladbrokes Beginners S'chase

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident rounding the home bend involving Hubrisko (FR), ridden by J.B. Foley, placed second, and Salvador Ziggy, ridden by D.J Gilligan, placed first, where it appeared Hubrisko ran short of room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. J.B. Foley stated that on jumping the third last he was joined by the winner, who on passing him tightened him for room forcing him to check. D.J. Gilligan stated that his horse lugged right on passing Hubrisko, but thought he was clear at that point. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found D. J. Gilligan, in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended him for two racedays.

152H Ladbrokes H'cap H'dle

The Raceday Stewards received a report from the Clerk of the Scales, Mr. P.L. Malone, regarding the failure of Caragh Monaghan, rider of Attitash, placed fifth, to weigh in after this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who stated that it was a genuine mistake on her part that she had failed to check the screen displaying the riders that were required to weigh in. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards using their powers under Rule 230(i), disqualified Attitash from fifth place. As a consequence, they amended the result to read as follows:Amended result:
First: Londonofficecallin
Second: Brehon Star
Third: Nasse
Fourth: Gamigin
Fifth: Leish Oscars Son.
Furthermore, the Raceday Stewards were of the opinion Caragh Monaghan was in breach of Rule 227(i) and having considered his record in this regard, they suspended her for two racedays and ordered that she forfeit her riding fee.

E. Walsh, rider of Serpolette, trained by E. D. Delany, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a mistake at the fifth last hurdle.

A.P. Kelly, rider of Maggie Walsh, trained by Michael J. Bowe, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a bad mistake at the fifth last hurdle.
