The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Declan Queally, trainer of Littel Flour (late withdrawal) - €200

151A Aramark Ireland (Mares) M'dn H'dle

M.M. McDonagh, rider of Perfectway, trained by Eoin Griffin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got a fright at the first hurdle.

M.P. O'Connor, rider of The Kids Choice, trained by Eamonn Francis Gallagher, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount slipped up on the way to the start.

151B Join Us Tomorrow For FitClub M'dn H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Steel Cable, trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have blood at both nostrils and was coughing post race.

D.J Gilligan, rider of Steel Cable, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped very quickly.

At the request of the Raceday Stewards, E. Dwan, rider of Misstheamaria, trained by Ms. M.M. Gannon, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount hung throughout and might be better going left-handed. He also stated that his mount had jumped green at his hurdles before running on past tired horses.

151C Oak Lodge Landscapes H'dle

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident close to the finish involving Ash Tree Meadow (FR), ridden by D.J Gilligan, placed second, and Da Capo Glory, ridden by M.P. O'Connor, placed first where it appeared they made contact close to the finish. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. D. J. Gilligan stated that his mount hung left after the last hurdle and after correction he felt the second horse had made contact with him. M.P O'Connor stated that his mont hung right after jumping the last hurdle and was corrected immediately. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that the Judge's placings should remain unaltered. Furthermore, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no riding offence had occurred and therefore they took no further action.

D.J Gilligan, rider of Ash Tree Meadow (FR), trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left after the last hurdle.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident turning in involving Da Capo Glory, ridden by M.P. O'Connor, placed first, Jeff Kidder, ridden by N.J. Ryan, unplaced, and Darraby (GB), ridden by R.A. Doyle where it appeared Darraby ran short of room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. R.A. Doyle stated that he got pressure from both sides turning in but it had not affected his finishing position. N. J. Ryan stated that he was moving out from behind the leader and felt he had enough room to do so. M.P. O'Connor stated that he felt he kept his line on rounding the bend. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were of the opinion that no riding offence had occurred and therefore took no further action.

151D1 Primal Performance & Fitness M'dn H'dle

R.A. Doyle, rider of Ceis Charraigin, trained by Ms Margaret Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped very quickly.

At the request of the Raceday Stewards, Niall Moore, rider of Beanie To Sea, trained by Seamus Fahey, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount got very tired and hung badly after she made several mistakes. .

At the request of the Raceday Stewards, K. Callaghan, rider of Hob's Angel, trained by Martin Gerard McGuane, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount got very hot, was slowly away and was one paced throughout.

At the request of the Raceday Stewards, N.J. Ryan, rider of Fermoyle, trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount can be keen and jumped right early on losing ground as a consequence of this, before staying on after his mount had settled and travelled into the race.

151D2 Primal Performance & Fitness M'dn H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Allhart trained by V.C.Ward had blood at both nostrils post race.

E. Walsh, rider of Farrokh (FR), trained by Barry Connell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped very novicey early on.

151E Hurling Finals Live Cover. H'cap S'chase

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident in the closing stages involving The Greek, ridden by D.J Gilligan, placed first, and The Dara Man, ridden by L. Quinlan, placed second, where it appeared that both horses made contact on the run in. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed L. Quinlan, rider of The Dara Man, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who accepted that he was in breach of Regulation 10 and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found L. Quinlan in breach of R.10.3(i)(time to respond) and considering his record in this regard they suspended him for six racedays in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 10.6.(a).

151F Live Music After Racing H'cap S'chase

C.D. Maxwell, rider of Ocean Legacy, trained by Dermot Anthony McLoughlin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was hampered by the loose horse and did not travel afterwards.

S. O'Callaghan, rider of Highstreetfashion, trained by Patrick Rooney, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was hampered by a faller at the last fence.

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Padraig Roche, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Outside The Door, placed first, as compared with its recent form. Padraig Roche stated that his charge had jumped poorly on his previous return after suffering a heavy fall prior to that. He concluded by stating that a better round of jumping in what he felt was a poor contest on this occasion had helped to bring about the improved performance. Having considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards noted the content of the report.

151G Anglesey Lodge (Pro-Am) INH Flat Race

The Raceday Stewards enquired into possible interference inside the final furlong involving I Will Be Baie (FR), ridden by Mr P.W. Mullins, placed first, and Onlyamatteroftime, ridden by S. O'Callaghan, placed second where it appeared interference took place. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. S. O' Callaghan stated that he had followed Mr. P. W. Mullins and challenged on his outside, but received contact and was carried wide which he felt had cost him the race. Mr. P.W. Mullins stated that his mount ran green in the home straight, but was satisfied that he had corrected his mount immediately before going on to win which he felt was never in doubt. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that I Will Be Baie had caused interference to Onlyamatteroftime and in doing so had improved its finishing position in relation to the second placed horse and they therefore reversed the Judge's placings. Result now reads:
First: Onlyamatteroftime
Second: I Will Be Baie
Third: Fad Eadrainn
Fourth: Master Otis
Fifth: Aine Beag
Sixth: Silas Marner
Furthermore, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Mr P.W. Mullins was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly by continuing to use his whip in his right hand after his mount had started to drift left. Having taken his previous record in this regard into account, the Raceday Stewards suspended Mr P.W. Mullins for 1 raceday.
