B.M. Coen, rider of Ebanza, trained by J.P. Murtagh, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran keen and clipped a heel.

313C Irish EBF Auction Series Race Final

R.P. Whelan, rider of Sinbad My Dad, trained by Seamus Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount did not get a clear run and he had to wait for a gap.

313D Irish Stallion Farms EBF Garnet Stakes

L.T. McAteer, rider of Clever And Cool, trained by J. S. Bolger, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was slowly away.

R.P. Whelan, rider of Simply Sideways, trained by Timothy Doyle, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that he took a precautionary check when his race was run.

313G Tote Never Beaten By SP Apprentice H'cap

The Raceday Stewards interviewed S.P. Bird, rider of La Dame Blanche, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the regulation and apologised. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that S. P. Bird was in breach of Reulation 10.3.g(excessive frequency) and having considered his record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended S. P. Bird for three racedays.

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Donal Kinsella, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Teddy O'Neill, placed first, as compared with its recent form. Donal Kinsella stated that his horses have been out of form and he could not provide any reason for the improvement. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the content of the report.

313H Colm White Bookmaker November H'cap

The Raceday Stewards interviewed D. McMonagle, rider of Prairie Dancer, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that he was in breach of the regulation and apologised. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that D. McMonagle was in breach of Regulation 10.3.g(excessive frequency) and having considered his record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended D. McMonagle for four racedays.

The Raceday Stewards received a report from the Clerk of the Scales, Ms. T. O'Meara, that D. McMonagle, rider of Prairie Dancer, had weighed in at 1.1lb overweight. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that this was the case. Having considered the evidence the Racedays Stewards were satisfied that D. MocMonagle was in breach of Rule 231 and having considered his record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended D. McMonagle for two racedays.
