The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

C.D. Hayes rode Woodrow (reserve) trained by Leanne Breen (Race 3)
D.P. McDonogh rode Blackstone Cliff (reserve) trained by Shane Crawley (Race 8)
O. McSweeney rode Jazz Dreamers (reserve) trained by Seamus Fahey (Race 8)
R.C. Colgan replaced J.A. Heffernan on Irish Rumour, trained by Miss Jennifer Anne Lynch (Race 2)(stewards permission).
R. Whearty replaced S.D. Bowen on Pimstrel, trained by Laura Hourigan (Race 2)(stewards permission).
O. McSweeney replaced P.A. Harnett on Rhasidat, trained by Adrian McGuinness (Race 4)(stewards permission).

L.F. Roche, rider of Exceeding, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount missed the break.

J. Kearney, rider of Go Go Gonzo, trained by G.M.Lyons, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was keen early.

352B1 Dundalk Stadium Gift Vouchers H'cap

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the home straight involving Sunset Nova, ridden by Amy Jo Hayes, Tynamite, ridden by L.T. McAteer, and Saoirses Lulaby, ridden by J.A. Powell where it appeared interference may have ocurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. In his evidence L.T. McAteer stated that he got tight for room on the rail in the home straight. Amy Jo Hayes stated that she was coming with her challenge when she ran short of room in the home straight. J.A. Powell stated that the runners fanned across towards the stand rail and he felt that he kept relatively straight. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Steward took no further action.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into the circumstances surrounding the late arrival of J.A. Heffernan, the declared rider of Irish Rumour and S.D. Bowen, the declared rider of Pimstrel necessitating a change of riders. In their evidence both J.A. Heffernan and S.D. Bowen stated that they were badly held up in traffic following a bad accident on the M7. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards noted their explanations.

Amy Jo Hayes, rider of Sunset Nova, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount was short of room in the home straight.

L.T. McAteer, rider of Tynamite, trained by David Marnane, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got tight for room in the home straight.

J.A. Heffernan, rider of Circles, trained by Anthony McCann, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right under pressure in the home straight.

J.J.G. Ryan, rider of Almost An Angel (GB), trained by J.Larkin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right throughout.

352D DKITSU Race Day M'dn

W.J. Lee, rider of Cross Border (GB), trained by Edward Lynam, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lugged left in the home straight.

352F1 Dundalk Stadium Celebrates 20 Years Hcap

S. Foley, rider of Kampala Beach, trained by M. Halford & T. Collins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he got a little tight for room in the first furlong and that his mount was tight for room in the home straight.

Adam Caffrey, rider of Comfort Line, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left in the final two furlongs.

S. Foley, rider of Old Peculier (GB), trained by Mark Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung very badly right in the home straight.
