The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Lee Smyth, trainer of Just Another (Declared in Error ) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

C. Stone Walsh rode Kiwi Kiss (FR) (reserve) trained by Gavin Cromwell (Race 5)
R. Whearty rode Darcy's Rock (GB) (reserve) trained by J.J.Lambe (Race 7)

372B Irish EBF Median Sires Series (F) M'dn

C.D. Hayes, rider of Pepper Noir, trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped left from the gates, having reviewed the incident the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

Siobhan Rutledge, rider of Waystar, trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount jinked right from the stalls.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident shortly after leaving stalls involving Clarita, ridden by R. Whearty, and Ragtime Milly, ridden by S. Foley where it appeared Ragtime Milly got tight for room on the rails. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. S. Foley stated that his filly was aggressive early, latched on for a couple of strides and was at the end of a concertina effect from the outer. R. Whearty stated that he jumped smart, his mount took a shy from horses on the outer, he heard a shout from behind and took his horse back out. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were of the opinion that any interference which occurred was accidental and they took no further action.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Dawn Rider, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

J.M. Sheridan, rider of Becausedellasaidso, trained by Paul W. Flynn, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was very green throughout and ducked left in the straight.

J. Kearney, rider of Pretty Brown Eyes, trained by Luke Comer, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right throughout.

N.M. Crosse, rider of Second Girl, trained by Luke Comer, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

R.M Mulligan, rider of International Lady, trained by Kevin Michael Smith, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

C.D. Fahy, rider of Mister X, trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

H.J. Horgan, rider of Master Garvey, trained by Joseph Anthony Murray, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got tight for a stride after the break. Having reviewed the incident the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

H.J. Horgan, rider of Cousin Shay (GB), trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran keen throughout.

Adam Caffrey, rider of Volatile Analyst (USA), trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got tight for room on the first bend.

A.C. Persse, rider of Shaaden, trained by Patrick J.Flynn, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount reared when leaving the stalls.

S. Foley, rider of Phil's Dream, trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount raced awkwardly.

D.P. McDonogh, rider of My Girl Sioux, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

Adam Caffrey, rider of Zig Zag Zyggy, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned left in the straight.

N.M. Crosse, rider of Thirtysecondstreet, trained by Luke Comer, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got a bump two furlongs from home.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident approximately two furlongs from the finish involving Phil's Dream, ridden by S. Foley, Hero Of The Hour (GB), ridden by C.D. Hayes, Thirtysecondstreet, ridden by N.M. Crosse, and Poet's Pride (GB), ridden by L.T. McAteer where it appeared Thirtysecondstreet got a bump and became unbalanced. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. N.M. Crosse stated that he was first off the bridle, he was at Poet's Pride(GB)'s girth, when he hadn't the horse to go through a gap and got a bump. S. Foley stated that his mount raced awkwardly in first time blinkers when he made contact with Thirtysecondstreet. C.D. Hayes stated that they went very steady, he received contact from his inside but it didn't alter his position. L.T. McAteer stated that he went for a run, felt no contact and kept a straight course. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were of the opinion that any interference which occurred was accidental and they took no further action.

372G Happy Christmas From All At Dundalk Hcap

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Turf Range, trained by D.Broad, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped left from the stalls.

R. Whearty, rider of Giselles Defence, trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left throughout.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Oakley (GER), trained by Anthony Mullins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
