The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

J.A. Powell rode Universally (reserve) trained by Eoghan Joseph O'Neill (Race 6)
N.M. Crosse replaced S.M. Crosse on Our Boy Wes (GB), trained by Emmet Mullins (Race 2)(Unwell)

170B Polypipe H'cap

G.M. Ryan, rider of Sodapop, trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran off both bends.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident on the bend turning down the hill for the straight involving Serotonin (GB), ridden by O. McSweeney, and Sodapop, ridden by G.M. Ryan, where it appeared that Sodapop carried Serotonin (GB) very wide when running off the bend. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Sea Spray (GB), trained by Mrs John Harrington, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

170C New Pravha Suite H'cap

N.M. Crosse, rider of Happaugue, trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away from the starting stalls.

170D BoyleSports Ir. EBF Ulster Oaks (F) Hcp

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident about one and a half furlongs from the finish involving Satin (GB), ridden by N.M. Crosse, and Fiver Friday, ridden by Siobhan Rutledge, where it appeared that Satin (GB) momentarily checked off heels when Fiver Friday was dropping out of contention. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

170E BoyleSports Ulster Derby

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Pearl Of Australia, trained by Noel Meade, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

L.F. Roche, rider of Pearl Of Australia, trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right from about seven furlongs out.

170F Weatherbys Digital Solutions H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Striking (FR), trained by Mrs John Harrington, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be blowing hard post race and furthermore was noted to have lost a right hind shoe and was stiff at the trot.

N.M. Crosse, rider of Striking (FR), trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lost its action during this race.

170G Watch Racing TV With Free Trial Now M'dn

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident soon after the start involving Barnacullia, ridden by S.P. Bird, Impero, ridden by J. Cleary, Dubeyeracingcraic, ridden by G.P. Halpin, and Valkyrie Gray, ridden by N.M. Crosse where it appeared that Barnacullia and Impero were tight for room in a bunched field. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. In his evidence, S.P. Bird stated that he was tracking the leaders when his mount received pressure from his outside causing him to bump the running rail and then take back. J. Cleary stated that his mount was running free when receiving pressure from his outside and clipped a heel. N.M. Crosse stated that Impero was running keen on his inner and into a tight gap. G.P. Halpin stated that he was riding wide when he heard shouting on his inner and saw Impero rushing into a gap. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and they took no further action.

S.P. Bird, rider of Barnacullia, trained by Michael Mulvany, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got squeezed out on the first bend.

Siobhan Rutledge, rider of Lough Alina, trained by M.M. Rice, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount stopped quickly.
