The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

John F. Gleeson, trainer of Boss Robin (ran yesterday) - €200

068A Hibernian Hotel Mallow M'dn H'dle

J.G. Gilligan, rider of Annamaymurt, trained by Paul John Gilligan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was flat out all the way and jumped slow.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Annamaymurt trained by Paul John Gilligan was found to be lame on its left hind post race.

068B Leisure Domes Ltd H'cap H'dle

R.A. Doyle, rider of Penalty Try, trained by Ross O'Sullivan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly and pulled up.

Niall Moore, rider of Knockaneleigh Girl, trained by Declan Queally, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly right.

068C Coolmore N.H. Sires Pyledriver Hcap S'ch

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Marelly, trained by P.J. Rothwell, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

C.D. Maxwell, rider of Marelly, trained by P.J. Rothwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled and made a mistake in the back straight.

068D Rathbarry & Glenview (M) Hunters S'chase

The Raceday Stewards received a report from Ms. A. O'Keeffee, Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Clerk of the Scales, regarding the fact that Mr D.M. Fitzgerald, rider of Carrig Wells, weighed in at 1.2 lbs overweight. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who stated that he had a drink after weighing out and this accounted for the discrepancy in the weight. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Mr. D.M. Fitzgerald was in breach of Rule 231(iii) and having considered his record in this regard (third offence) they suspended him for three racedays.

068E John Thomas McNamara Mdn Hunters S'chase

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Ballinrea trained by Roger Joseph McGrath had blood at both nostrils post race.

068G Pegus Horse Feed P-To-P Flat Race

Mr F. Maguire, rider of Getaway King, trained by John Joseph Hanlon, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran green and leaned right down the backstraight where he had to correct him.
