The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

G. F. Carroll rode Coviglia (reserve) trained by H.D. McGuigan (Race 3)

302B Irish EBF Auction Series M'dn

C.D. Hayes, rider of Brosna Town, trained by D. K. Weld, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount suffered interference turning in. Having viewed a recording of the incident and considered the matter the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

302C Moyne H'cap

C. Stone-Walsh, rider of Angel On Fire, trained by P.F.McEnery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lugged left throughout.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident shortly after leaving the stalls involving River Derwent (GB), ridden by L.T. McAteer, placed sixth, and Gometra Ginty, ridden by C.T. Keane, unplaced, where it appeared both horses had to check. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

302D Welcome Back To Thurles H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Champagne Terri trained by Thomas Cooper was lame on its left hind post race.

Amy Jo Hayes, rider of Killeemore Lad, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount hung right up the straight.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Amy Jo Hayes, rider of Killeemore Lad, concerning her use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that she was in breach of the regulation and apologised fo her actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Amy Jo Hayes was in breach of Regulation 10.3.g(excessive frequency) and having considered her record in this regard the Raceday Stewards cautioned her on this occasion.

302G Horse & Jockey M'dn

S.T. McCullagh, rider of Grand Island, trained by Luke Comer, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left in the straight.
