The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Leish Oscars Son, trained by Gavin Cromwell, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have blood at both nostrils post race.

K.M. Donoghue, rider of Leish Oscars Son, trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left and stopped going to the last fence.

375B Adare Manor Opportunity H'cap S'chase

L.A. McKenna, rider of Mount Brown, trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.

P.J. O'Hanlon, rider of Ricky Langford, trained by P.J. Rothwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was impeded at the third last fence.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed B.W. Harvey, rider of Willywampus, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that B.W. Harvey was in breach of R10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his record, they suspended him for three racedays.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Intent Approach, trained by C.Byrnes, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal. Samples were taken for further analysis.

375E Safe & Happy Christmas H'cap H'dle

Niall Moore, rider of Thousand Tears, trained by John M.Burke, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a bad mistake.

K. Callaghan, rider of Ballybaun Star, trained by Thomas Gibney, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was reluctant to race.

Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that R.P. Geoghegan was in breach of R10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his record, they suspended him for three racedays.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Bob Cigar, trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Ottizzini, trained by S.R.B. Crawford, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

Sam Ewing, rider of Ottizzini, trained by S.R.B. Crawford, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount didn't feel right.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Ms H. Phillips, rider of Whatsupnellie, concerning her use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who apologised for her actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Ms H. Phillips was in breach of R10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered her record, they cautioned her on this occasion.
