Steeplechases Abandoned At Fairyhouse On Saturday

The Turf Club has announced that the steeplechase course at Fairyhouse is unfit for racing ahead of the scheduled fixture there on Saturday, 10th March. As a result the two steeplechases – the James Lawless Beginners Chase and the Maynooth Handicap Chase – have been abandoned. One of the remaining five races will be divided to form a six race programme.
