Steeplechase course At Thurles Currently Unraceable

Following an inspection of the steeplechase course at Thurles by Turf Club Officials this afternoon, the course was found to be unfit for racing due to waterlogging. The Turf Club has announced that there will be a further course inspection at 8.30 am on Wednesday, 7th March to determine prospects for the two scheduled steeplechases on Thursday’s, 8th March programme. The ground on the hurdle course at Thurles is currently Heavy.
