Rule changes 1 October 2024

The Directors of the IHRB, at their Board Meeting on September 4, 2024, approved the following changes to Rule 87(ii) which will become effective on October 1, 2024:

“Rule 87(ii) A Horse is not qualified to start for any Race:

(j) Unless returned in training in accordance with Rule 148(xii) for no less than seven days prior to running in a Race.”
