The following trainers were fined €200 for the non-notification of a Veterinary Certificate in accordance with the provision of Rule 194(v) (vi):

Robert Tyner for Concordin at Limerick 16th March 2014.

Bryan F. Murphy for War Sound (GB) at Limerick 16th March 2014.

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

P. F. Mangan replaced R. Walsh on Urticaire (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins (Race 2)(Iinjured).
E. D. Linehan replaced L.A. McKenna on Robertstown Rover, trained by M.McDonagh (Race 6)(Injured).
D. E. Splaine replaced L.P. Aspell on Ludo Et Emergo, trained by Andrew Lee (Race 5)(Injured).

The Stewards received a report from Mr. P. L. Malone, Turf Club Clerk of the Scales, regarding the fact that J.S. McGarvey, rider of Once And Always, weighed in at 1.9 lbs overweight. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who stated that he was feeling unwell over the last few day's and had taken in fluids after weighing out, he added that he had expected to loose any extra weight but fully accepted that this was a misjudgement on his part. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that rider was in breach of Rule 231 and they therefore suspended him for one race day.

048D INH EBF Dawn Run (Mares) Novice S'chase

P.T. Enright, rider of Byerley Babe, trained by Robert Tyner, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount tired quickly in the straight.

D.N. Russell, rider of Liz's D'Estruval trained by John Joseph Murphy, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a noise in running.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Byerley Babe, trained by Robert Tyner, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have a slight nasal discharge.

048F Adare Heritage H'cap S'chase

P.T. Enright, rider of Its The Ice I Like trained by Robert Tyner, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled in this race .

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Its The Ice I Like, trained by Robert Tyner, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

On Monday 17th March Robert Tyner, trainer of Its The Ice I Like, reported to a Stewards' Secretary that his charge scoped wrong when examined at his premises post race.
