079A Molly's Late Bar (Fillies) M'dn H'dle

J.G. Gilligan, rider of Duhallow Jury, trained by L.J.Archdeacon, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran keen throughout.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed R.P. Treacy, rider of Her Self, concerning the fact that his mount jumped a hurdle on the way to the start of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that as his mount was on the way down towards the hurdle he just sat against her until the last minute and when she wasn't pulling up he left her jump the hurdle. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards found R.P. Treacy in breach of Rule 205(ii) and having considered his record (first offence), they fined him €100.

079B Supermac's (C&G) M'dn H'dle

C.M. Quirke, rider of Donegal Danny, trained by Michael J. McDonagh, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a noise turning into the straight.

079D D & J Glazing H'cap H'dle

Sam Ewing, rider of Jay Pee M, trained by Daniel William O'Sullivan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung violently left throughout.

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Shane Crawley, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of The Big Cloud, placed first, as compared with its most recent run in Naas on the 10/3/24 when 11th of 19 beaten 34+ lengths. Shane Crawley stated that after its last run his charge was found to be sore and slightly lame so having treated this The Big Cloud returned to form today. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the content of the report.

079E Ishka H'cap H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Linden Arden, trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be blowing hard post race and showing signs of delayed recovery.

C.P. McNamara, rider of Storm Mahler, trained by E. McNamara, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a bad mistake down the back straight.

079G Irish Stall. Farms EBF (M) INH Flat Race

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Mr E.P. O'Brien, rider of Grainne A Chroi, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the whip Regulation. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied Mr. E.P. O'Brien was in breach of R10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his record (first offence), they suspended him for three racedays.

Mr E.P. O'Brien, rider of Grainne A Chroi, trained by Miss M.Harding, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount drifted right in the closing stages.

Miss J. Townend, rider of Lady Gooner, trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount stopped very quickly.

Mr B. O'Neill, rider of Pointe A Pitre (FR), trained by Paul Nolan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Mr C. Mullins, rider of Mount Shenshan, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the whip Regulation. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Mr. C. Mullins was in breach of R10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his record (second offence), they suspended him for four racedays.
