The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

D.J. Condon replaced P. Carberry on Time For A Pint, trained by Gordon Elliott (Race 1)(injured)
R.M.Power replaced P. Carberry on Hilden (GB), trained by Gordon Elliott (Race 2)(injured)
S.A.Shorthall rode Spot The Header (reserve) , trained by K.A. Heffernan (Race 2)
D.J.Condon replaced P. Carberry on Vasco Du Mee (FR), trained by Gordon Elliott (Race 3)(injured)
G.N. Fox replaced P. Carberry on Prima Vista (GB), trained by Noel Meade (Race 4)(injured).
B.J.Geraghty replaced P. Carberry on Easy Vic, trained by A.J.Martin (Race 6)(injured)

099A Summer Racing At Fairyhouse M'dn H'dle

A.D. Leigh, rider of Frontline, trained by Peter Fahey, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount suffered interference and lost ground at the final hurdle.

The Stewards fined Gordon Elliott, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of the winner Time For A Pint, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Celtic Bright, at the request of trainer, Lester Winters, and reported the animal to be bleeding from both nostrils post race.

099B Family Day 13th July H'cap H'dle

D.J. Condon, rider of Muthafar, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount jumped poorly.

099C Visit www.fairyhouse.ie H'cap H'dle

A.E. Lynch, rider of Lady Olwyn, trained by J.Larkin, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount made a respiratory noise in running.

D.J. Condon, rider of Arzembouy Premier (FR) trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left throughout.

099E Free Admission For Under 18's Beg. S'ch

D.J. Condon, rider of Final Day trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount pulled up lame.

099G Ratoath INH Flat Race

The Stewards enquired into an incident turning into the straight involving Boolavard King, ridden by Mr B. O'Neill, placed third and Xpectations, ridden by Mr P.W. Mullins, placed second, where it appeared Balinaboola Prince, ridden by Mr P.G. Murphy, fell and brought down Roaming Wild, ridden by Mr J.J. Burke. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were unable to apportion blame and took no further action.
