The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Joseph Patrick O'Brien, trainer of Time To Tell (Off Feed) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

J. Kearney rode Jalo (reserve) trained by G.A. Kingston (Race 7)
D.P. McDonogh rode Blackcastle Storm (GB) (reserve) trained by Matthew J. Smith (Race 8)

R.C. Colgan, rider of Nituna, trained by Ms. Sheila Lavery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right in the straight.

Siobhan Rutledge, rider of Spirit Of Paradise, trained by G.A. Kingston, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount hung left in the straight.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages involving Realtin Fantasy, ridden by S.D. Bowen, unplaced, My Girl Sioux, ridden by Amy Jo Hayes, placed fourth, and Silver Nemo, ridden by C.M Hogan, unplaced, where it appeared interference occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. C.M.Hogan, stated that he recieved a bump from his left and became unbalanced. S.D Bowen stated that he recieved pressure from his left. Amy Jo Hayes stated that her mount darted to the right but felt she had corrected her mount. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found Amy Jo Hayes was in breach of Rule 214(careless riding), and having considered her record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended her for 8 racedays .

Amy Jo Hayes, rider of My Girl Sioux, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount got no run in the straight.

J.A. Heffernan, rider of Not Just Any Eagle, trained by Patrick J.Flynn, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran around under pressure.

C.D. Hayes, rider of Nevada Brave, trained by Luke Comer, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount recieved a bump leaving the starting stalls, Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards, took no further action.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages involving Hasten Slowly, ridden by Cillian McConnell, placed first, Not Just Any Eagle, ridden by J.A. Heffernan, placed second, and Muhalhel, ridden by L.T. McAteer, unplaced where it appeared horses came close together. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Cillian McConnell stated that he was looking for room and felt he was clear when he angled across. J.A. Heffernan stated that his mount wandered but felt had left enough room. L.T. McAteer stated that his race was run and was going back and did not recieve any contact. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action. Dr. T. McDonogh recused himself from this enquiry.

C.T. Keane, rider of Doctor Grace, trained by M. Halford & T. Collins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran around in the straight.

J.A. Powell, rider of Pollanassa, trained by R.P.Cody, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount raced keenly.
