The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

K.J. Manning replaced R.P. Whelan on Renaissance Art (USA), trained by J. S. Bolger (Race 3)(Stewards' Permission)
Mr M. Smith rode Alcea Rosea (GB), trained by John H Wilson (Race 7)

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Al Thakhira (GB), trained by Marco Botti (in GB), at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

P.A.Fahy, trainer of Ballybacka Queen, reported to the Office of the Governing Bodies on Monday 26th May that his charge was found to be in season this morning.

The Stewards interviewed D.M. Grant, rider of Seal Rock (GB), concerning the fact that he appeared to move across before reaching the marker poles. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered evidence, the Stewards found D.M. Grant in breach of Rule 211 relating to marker poles and having taken his previous record into account suspended him for one race day.
