The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Share The Treasure trained by T.Hogan was showing signs of being in season post race.

310C1 Cavalor Equine Nutrition H'cap

J.A. Powell, rider of Asisaid, trained by P.J.F. Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed B. M. Coen, rider of Nituna, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the regulation and apologised. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that B. M. Coen was in breach of Regulation 10.3.g(excessive frequency) and having considered his record in this regard the Raceday Stewards cautioned him on this occasion.

The Raceday Stewards informed Jarlath P.Fahey, trainer, that Just Thinkin, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

310F Equine MediRecord Student Derby H'cap

The Raceday Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages of this race involving Albatala, ridden by Cillian McConnell, placed second, and David Garrick, ridden by Mr P. Barlow, placed first, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Cillian McConnell stated that both horses drifted but he felt his mount was intimidated and it cost him first place. Mr. P. Barlow stated that both horses drifted slightly but he felt he had not caused interference. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings and took no further action

310G 20 Years Taxi4Horses H'cap

The Raceday Stewards interviewed J.A. Powell, rider of Art Of Unity (GB), concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that he was in breach of the regulation and apologised. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that J. A. Powell was in breach of Regulation10.3.g(excessive frequency) and having considered his record in this regard the Raceday Stewards cautioned him on this occasion.

S. Foley, rider of Pretty Boy Floyd, trained by Sarah Dawson, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.
