The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

D. J. O'Keeffe replaced D.F. O'Regan on Lily's Choice, trained by David Harry Kelly (Race 1)(Stood down)
B W. Harvey rode Half Off Six Pence (reserve) trained by David Harry Kelly (Race 1)
P. J. O'Hanlon replaced P. Byrnes on Masterstonemason, trained by F. Costello (Race 5)(Injured).
S. F. O'Keeffe replaced D.F. O'Regan on Gekkota (FR), trained by T.J. O'Mara (Race 6)(Stood down).
D. J. O'Keeffe replaced Sam Ewing on Suprise Package (GB), trained by Peter Fahey (Race 5)(Stood down).

219B Fermoy H'cap H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined War Correspondent, trained by R.P.Cody, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

A.P. Heskin, rider of Cash The Cheque, trained by Anthony McCann, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly left.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident turning out of the back involving Presenting Lad, ridden by D. King, placed third, Early Arrival, ridden by J.J. Slevin, placed fifth, and Ricky Langford, ridden by C.M. Quirke, placed first where it appeared Ricky Langford and Early Arrival momentarily ran short of room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. D. King stated that he had maintained his racing line. J. J. Slevin stated that he suffered minor interference when they met the running rail. C. M. Quirke stated that he ran short of room and took a precautionary check. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

219C Adare Manor Opportunity M'dn H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Tobins Cross, trained by Andrew Slattery, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be lame on its right fore having struck into itself.

K. Callaghan, rider of Coburg, trained by Liam P Cusack, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.

C.M. Quirke, rider of Tobins Cross, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was pulled up lame.

219D Follow Us On Instagram (M) H'cap H'dle

K. Callaghan, rider of Up She Flew, trained by Liam P Cusack, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got tired.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Close Enough, trained by B.J.Hallahan, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

M.J.M O'Sullivan, rider of Aegirine, trained by Eugene M. O'Sullivan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Mark Michael McNiff, trainer, following the winning performance of Blenheim Belle in this race, which appeared to represent an improvement on it’s previous runs. Mark Michael McNiff stated that his charge did not jump the Easifix hurdles well the last two times and todays hurdles coupled with a change of tactics, where she was dropped out nearly last and settled well had helped to bring about the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the report and liaised with the IHRB Handicapper, the Raceday Stewards noted it’s contents.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Toor Moment trained by Ms.M.Flynn was scoped post race and scoped abnormally.

Ms.M.Flynn, trainer of Glorious Singer, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that her charge was outpaced throughout on todays better ground.

219F Kanturk H'cap H'dle

S. O'Callaghan, rider of Onlyamatteroftime, trained by Niall Madden, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount cocked its jaw and ran out. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the matter the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

K.C. Sexton, rider of Talk Of The Town, trained by E.Sheehy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.
