F. Lynch, rider of Icy Reply (GB), trained by D. T. Hughes, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount never travelled in the early stages.

121B Tipperary Water H'cap

The Stewards enquired into an incident before the turn into the straight involving Musawama, ridden by R.P. Cleary, unplaced , Streak (GB), ridden by J.P. O'Brien, unplaced and Seeyouallincoppers, ridden by C.P. Hoban, placed fifth. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that C.P.Hoban was in breach of Rule 214, having ridden carelessly and having considered his record, suspended him for four race days.
Furthermore the rider was found to be in breach of Rule 213, having failed to report at the first instance that his horse was hanging and having considered his record, suspended him for one race day.

C.P. Hoban, rider of Seeyouallincoppers, trained by Paul W. Flynn, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount hung badly throughout.

D.M. Grant, rider of Apisata (GER), trained by Mervyn Torrens, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount hung badly.

121D Sheridan Electric H'cap

F. Lynch, rider of To Choose, trained by Thomas Gibney, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount never travelled.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined To Choose, trained by Thomas Gibney, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

121E Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) Race

P.J. Smullen, rider of Lanyard (USA), trained by D. K. Weld, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount travelled well but stopped quickly three furlongs out.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Lanyard (USA) trained by D. K. Weld was post race normal.

121F Supermacs Ballinrobe (M) INH Flat Race

The Stewards fined P. E. Collins, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Hello Sweetie (GB), in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.
