S.D. Torrens, rider of Breeze Of Tobruk, trained by Michael Winters, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.

P. Townend, rider of Blue Trix, trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Blue Trix, trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be lame on its left fore post race.

Kevin Healy, rider of Brave Josee (FR), trained by Declan Queally, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount burst a blood vessel. The IHRB Veterinary Officer confirmed the animal to have blood at both nostrils post race.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed where Kevin Healy, rider of Brave Josee (FR), appeared to ease his mount after jumping the last losing out on third place as a result. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the reports from both the rider and the IHRB Veterinary Officer, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

Kevin Healy, rider of Dontcavein, trained by Ciaran Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount didn't handle the track and hung both ways.

S. O'Callaghan, rider of Itsalonglongroad (GB), trained by David O'Sullivan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was hampered on the bend out of the back straight. The Raceday Stewards reviewed the video footage and were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The following Raceday Stewards acted on behalf of the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board at this race meeting: Mr. D. Hickey (Chairman), Mr. P. Coveney, Ms. F. Ponsonby, Mr. A. Ring.

For this race meeting, the Raceday Stewards suspended the ‘Starting Procedures for Tape Starts’, and the IHRB suspended Rule 208 (i) and Rule 209 (i).
