Anna McGuinness, rider of Supersundae (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount sustained a small over-reach to his right fore. The IHRB Veterinary Officer confirmed that Supersundae (FR) had sustained a cut to its right fore pastern.
154C K-Mech Mechanical H'cap S'chaseThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Me Wee Bonnie Lass, trained by Gavin Cromwell, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
Anna McGuinness, rider of Ocastle Des Mottes (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount hung badly left and was pulled up.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Ocastle Des Mottes (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
M.M. McDonagh, rider of The Gradual Slope, trained by Sean O. O'Brien, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount went wrong and was pulled up.
K.C. Sexton, rider of Captain Conby, trained by E.Sheehy, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount went wrong and fell independently on the home bend.
154E Lily & Wild (Mares) M'dn H'dleThe Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident on the bend leaving the back straight involving Prophetess Miriam, ridden by F. Brickley, and Some Pretender (GB), ridden by Anna McGuinness where it appeared Some Pretender ran short of room causing Anna McGuinness to take a check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Anna McGuinness stated that it got tight for room on the bend causing her to check. F. Brickley stated that he thought that he was clear of the horse inside him at that point on the bend. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found F. Brickley, was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden Carelessly, and having considered his record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended him for two racedays.
F. Brickley, rider of Prophetess Miriam, trained by Cian Collins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was running too free going to the first bend and clipped a heel. The Raceday Stewards reviewed the footage and were satified that no further action was warranted.
R.A. Doyle, rider of Hello Below, trained by Colin Bowe, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount suffered interference after the first hurdle and also turning into the home straight. The Raceday Stewards reviewed the footage and were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
K.C. Sexton, rider of Working Away, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lost its action.

154F John Dowling Memorial M'dn H'dleThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Le Questionnaire (FR), trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
The Raceday Stewards interviewed J.P. Shinnick, rider of Ajp Falco, trained by David Harry Kelly, concerning the fact that he appeared to jump the inspection hurdle. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. J.P. Shinnick stated that his mount jumped the hurdle despite his best efforts to stop him. Having viewed the recording and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards accepted his explanation and took no further action.

154G TRM Supporting Every Stride H'cap H'dleThe Raceday Stewards interviewed Jordan Canavan, rider of Jackmoon (FR), concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Jordan Canavan accepted he was in breach of the Regulation as his head was down at that point and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards found Jordan Canavan in breach of R.10.3 (d)(hitting his mount after the finish line) and in considering his clean record in this regard they suspended him for two racedays.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into possible interference close to the finish line involving Jackmoon (FR), ridden by Jordan Canavan, placed third, and Smackwater Jack, ridden by E.M. O'Sullivan, placed first, where it appeared the two horses made contact. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Jordan Canavan stated that he felt pressure from his right close to the line .E.M. O'Sullivan stated that his mount drifted left under a righthand drive and felt it was late and very close to the finish line. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were of the opinion that while Smackwater Jack had caused interference to Jackmoon in that he did not improve his finishing position as a result of this interference so they made no alteration to the Judge’s placings. They were, however, of the opinion that E.M. O'Sullivan, was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden Carelessly and having considered his clean record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended him for two racedays.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident after passing the line involving Morell River, ridden by R.A. Doyle, and Smackwater Jack, ridden by E.M. O'Sullivan where it appeared R.A. Doyle purposefully interfered with E.M. O'Sullivan by reaching out and giving him a push. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. R.A. Doyle said he felt pressure from Smartwater Jack as he leaned towards the exit gate and then he said E.M. O'Sullivans saddle had slipped so he went to help him in the saddle. E.M. O'Sullivan said his horse leaned towards the exit gate and his saddle had slipped. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found R.A. Doyle was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden improperly and having considered his clean record in this regard, the Raceday Stewards suspended him for seven racedays.
