The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

R.M Mulligan, rider of Ginnos Oasis, trained by Cian Hughes, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.
The Raceday Stewards informed Mrs John Harrington, trainer, that Tai Foo, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.
312C Ir. Stall. Farms EBF Birdcatcher NurseryThe Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident shortly after leaving the stalls involving Equus Victor, ridden by S. Foley, and New Yorker (USA), ridden by J. Cleary, where it appeared New Yorker had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. S. Foley stated that his mount received slight contact and rolled in. J. Cleary stated that his mount was very keen and he was taking him back to get cover. He further added that he suffered no interference. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action.
312E Naas Farm Machinery H'capThe Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident in the closing stages involving Bounty, ridden by J.J.G. Ryan, and Apache Outlaw, ridden by C.D. Hayes, where it appeared Apache Outlaw had to sit for a few strides. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
The Raceday Stewards requested a report from W. McCreery, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Stag Night, placed first, as compared with its recent form. W. McCreery stated that an ease in the ground today may have helped to bring about the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the report.
C.D. Hayes, rider of Apache Outlaw, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount could not get a run until late on.
312F WTW Willis (Fillies) M'dnR.M Mulligan, rider of Moll's Gap, trained by J.P. Murtagh, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount went wrong behind.
At the request of the Raceday Stewards, N.M. Crosse, rider of The Hidden Garden, trained by Eddie & Patrick Harty, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that they went hard early and his mount was unbalanced before he stayed on in the home stages.
