The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

S. Foley, rider of Activity, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount had blood at the nostrils on its arrival at the start and was subsequently withdrawn. The IHRB Veterinary Officer confirmed that the animal had blood at the left nostril.

A.J. Slattery, rider of Lusted (GB), trained by Josh Halley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount reared leaving the stalls.

D. Browne McMonagle, rider of Blonde Over Blue (GB), trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got upset in the stalls.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages of this race involving Aix La Chapelle (USA), ridden by R.L. Moore, placed third, Folsom Blues, ridden by D. Browne McMonagle, placed second, Nail House, ridden by J.M. Sheridan, placed fourth, and Supreme Lord, ridden by D.W. O'Connor, placed fifth, where it appeared that interference occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. R. L. Moore stated that his mount was very green and lugged left. D. Browne McMonagle stated that his mount stepped left when he went past but was clear. J. M. Sheridan stated that there was a gap when he went for it but it then got tight. D. W. O'Connor stated that his race was run and he felt he maintained his line. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were of the opinion that Aix De Chapelle had caused interference to Nail House and as a result of this interference had improved it’s finishing position. As a consequence, the Raceday Stewards reversed the placings of the third and fourth placed horses and amended the result to read as follows:
Amended Result:
First: Florida Bay
Second: Folsom Blues
Third: Nail House
Fourth: Aix La Chapelle
Fifth: Supreme Lord
Sixth: Tio Joao.
Furthermore, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and they determined that R. L. Moore had taken all reasonable steps to prevent the interference from occurring and they therfore took no further action.

W.J. Lee, rider of Apercu, trained by A. Oliver, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped very quickly.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Lord Aus, trained by J.P. Murtagh, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

G.M. Ryan, rider of Keepsgettingbetter, trained by Donnacha Aidan O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount rolled off the bend turning in.

B.M. Coen, rider of Lord Aus, trained by J.P. Murtagh, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that the tracking device from his number cloth was lost during this race.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed where the speed sensing equipment of both Lord Aus and Keepsgettingbetter became dislodged during the running of this race and also the number cloths provided which did not have secure pockets attached to secure the speed sensing equipment. Having considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards informed the Racecourse Manager of his responsibilities to provide suitable number cloths in future.

S. Coen, rider of Friary Road, trained by T.M. Walsh, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

Sadhbh Tormey, rider of Jr Mahon, trained by Ian Patrick Donoghue, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount burst a blood vessel. The IHRB Veterinary Officer subsequently confirmed that Jr Mahon had blood at both nostrils post race.

R.C. Colgan, rider of Miss Gitana, trained by Joseph Anthony Murray, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was intimidated by the winner in the closing stages. Having viewed a recording of the incident and considered the matter the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident shortly after leaving the stalls involving Friary Road, ridden by S. Coen, and Trubshaw (GB), ridden by Gabriella Hill, where it appeared Friary Road had to check momentarily. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
