The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-
Robson De Aguiar, trainer of Cedrela (FR) (off feed) - €200198A Irish EBF Median Sires Series M'dn
J.S. Dalton, rider of Whosinterviewinwho, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left under pressure.
198B Irish EBF Auction Series M'dnThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Williamsburg trained by David Marnane was found to be a gelding not a colt as shown on the passport. Having considered the report, the Raceday Stewards fined David Marnane €130 in accordance with the provisions of Rule 148 (xii).
L.T. McAteer, rider of Williamsburg, trained by David Marnane, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount rolled around under pressure.
S. Foley, rider of Jezzie Bea (USA), trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount changed legs a few times.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident approximately a furlong and a half from the finish involving Grit And Glory, ridden by W.J. Lee, Bold Move, ridden by G.M. Ryan, and Jezzie Bea (USA), ridden by S. Foley where it appeared W.J. Lee had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. W.J. Lee stated that his mount was going backwards at the time and he didn't have the horse to fill the gap. G.M. Ryan stated that he took a precautionary check. S. Foley stated that he was clear of Bold Move. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found G.M. Ryan was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his clean record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended him for two racedays.
Ms Kate Harrington, Authorised Representative for Mrs John Harrington, trainer of Jezzie Bea (USA), reported to the Clerk of Scales that her charge scoped wrong post race.
198C Bulmers Live At Leopardstown Appr. H'capK.G. Kennedy, rider of Bear Right, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that a furlong and a half after leaving the stalls he had to take a check.
R.M Mulligan, rider of Notforalongtime (GB), trained by Laura Hourigan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that a furlong and a half after leaving the stalls his mount received a bump from his outside.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident approximately a furlong after leaving the stalls involving Comfort Line, ridden by Cillian Rowan, Ardadslosttheplot, ridden by Rebecca Parsons, Bear Right, ridden by K.G. Kennedy, Notforalongtime (GB), ridden by R.M Mulligan, and Dawn Flame (GB), ridden by W. Joyce, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Rebecca Parsons stated that she got squeezed up against the rail. K.G. Kennedy stated that he received pressure from his outside and had to take a check. W. Joyce stated that he took back. R.M. Mulligan stated that he received pressure from his outside and had to take back. Cillian Rowan stated that he thought he was clear and apologised for his actions. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found Cillian Rowan was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly and having considered his clean record in this regard, they suspended him for two racedays. D.P. McDonogh accompanied all the riders at this enquiry.
198D Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) M'dnD.W. O'Connor, rider of Amsterdam's Law (USA), trained by Robson De Aguiar, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stumbled coming out of the stalls.
S. Foley, rider of Sarah's Choice, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never let herself down on the ground.
Ms Kate Harrington, Authorised Representative for Mrs John Harrington, trainer of Sarah's Choice, reported to the Clerk of Scales that her charge scoped dirty post race.
198E Dublin To Bahrain H'capL.T. McAteer, rider of Aviatrice, trained by David Marnane, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount received constant bumps from the four furlong mark to the two furlong mark. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
198F BOYLE Sports Meld StakesKyanna Van Buuren, Authorised Representative for Gavin Cromwell, trainer of Snellen, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his charge scoped dirty post race.
198G Mervue Equine H'capJ.E. Harnett, rider of Sinbad My Dad, trained by Seamus Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lugged left up the straight under pressure.
